Brought my five year old Porsche in for service and they performed the necessary work and included a narrated video inspection of the underside of the vehicle. Of course the service is performed impeccably. How do I know? I've never had to go back after a service visit due to a problem and have only needed to go for service at the regularly scheduled intervals (yearly). I needed new tires this visit and I was surprised and pleased to find that the price at the dealer was actually lower than at the local tire store and then they could complete the alignment at the same time (fully to Porsche specs). Highly recommended, with a shoutout to my service advisor - David Sheeran.

Another poor service experience with Porsche Carlsbad and Jeff Coral. It started better with a different service advisor, which I requested, however when I picked up my car it was only Jeff C at the service department. If I did not have checked the numbers I would have been overcharged $700+ for a set of tires that did not go on the car (replaced 2 tires, charged for 4). There was no copy of the alignment worksheet (before & after). After I requested one Jeff C ripped a black and white copy from his stapled stack of papers and threw it on the desk. I asked for a color copy to see what was/is green/red, like I have received before in other dealerships, and he said that (after $500+) there are no color copies. I had requested to keep one of the tires that was replaced however it was not there and had to wait until they go to a different location and get it. My car arrived half wet/half dirty with the windows down. When I raised the windows they were wet and smeared with water. It had to be washed again and it was delivered smeared with water streaks... I despise going to this dealership for service however there is not much better choice. As a result, from my repeated poor service experience with Porsche Carlsbad, next car I get will not be from this dealership and perhaps a different brand altogether.

I had a Great Experience with both your sales team and your Service team. This is my second Porsche purchased from your Dealership. We purchased a new 2025 Cayenne ES Hybrid this time and Kyle Raftery and team did an awesome job making the transition work smoothly from start to finish. Would recommend them highly. I wanted a dash cam installed before taking delivery. Braie Young the Service Advisor I use every time I take my cars in for service took care of having the camera installed. He keep me informed of the progress and let me know when it was finished. I have had nothing but great service from the entire Porsche Carlsbad family. Keep up the GREAT job!

Another outstanding service experience at Porsche Carlsbad for my 2017 911 Turbo S. Jeff Corral provided a very thorough review of all the Porsche recommended service items, and full disclosure of the costs. Although the expected completion date was delayed due to the weekend, everything was performed very competently including mounting a new set of four Michelin tires. I highly recommend this dealership for Porsche service.

I have to brag on Hoehn Porsche Service Dept! I brought my car in Saturday morning, & I was expecting to see a line of folks with the same plan. However, I was pleasantly surprised! The customer before me was finished within 3 minutes of my arrival. Jeff got me signed in & set up with a loaner car right away. We were done within 5 minutes 👍🏼 The Service guys took care of my car, & they even washed it for me! I had my car back the same day. Great experience 😃

Purchased my Cayenne there a few years ago and never had an issue with sales or service. Even wrote an extremely positive review on the matter that I have since deleted due to my recent experience. On the morning of 8/5/25 I called service and was kicked over to their voice mail system. I left a detailed message as requested and waited for a return call. You guessed it, no call, nothing. This is not the first time this has happened. I have also left written messages for service via their website and same outcome. Zero response. What is the point of having these options for the customer if this dealer has no intention of responding? What a shame!! There is a dealer much closer to me, but I was always happy to make the drive to Carlsbad. No longer. If this is how they now treat their customers, then a change is certainly immanent.

Expensive, but OEM. If you want the best service and quality, you gotta go Porsche. Porsche Carlsbad is a high end, the Nordstrom of service. Braie was great, knowledgeable, tip top. I had a PADM ERROR issue and they handled it. Other shops are not able to code out after replacing the mounts. Go Porsche Carlsbad.
