I came to Precision in a total panic because my 91 Honda brake lights were stuck in the on position and I had to drive to Berkeley that night. Jerome was fantastic; very calm and pragmatic. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within a half an hour. Very grateful to him for getting me to Berkeley safely on Wednesday!

Really glad I found this shop. My check engine light came on and my car started idling rough on the freeway, so I did a quick search online and had my Mini Cooper towed over. I was a bit nervous at first because they specialize in Acura, Tiyota, Nissan, and Lexus, but they made me feel confident. The shop is super clean (I found out thatJerome used to work at a dealership service center). They saw me immediately, and I was back on the road the same day! The price was reasonable and they even quoted me with a minimum to-get-back-on-the-road, and a prevent-a-future-problem. Thanks Jerome!

Jerome, Mario and the rest of the knowledgeable team at Precision are one of the rare gems in the Bay automotive service industry that you can trust! They have consistently completed good work, and are very invested in a procedural approach to repairing a vehicle while listening and understanding the customers needs and direct concerns. This approach often results in a fair price for parts and labor and generally timely turn-arounds. The team has knowledge and expertise in a variety of vehicles from domestic to JDM to Euro imports. As a fellow automotive business owner it's important I partner with industry professionals I can trust. Both professionally and personally myself and family have brought them everything; Lexus, Infiniti, BMW, VW and Volvo to Lincoln and Oldsmobile and more! Their new facility offers more service space and is being refurbished to reflect their stellar approach to customer/vehicle service. It's no surprise that the Vallejo SMOG Test center next door, which is also under Jerome, is run with equal professional, friendly and efficient manner. They are the only SMOG site I try to use as much as my schedule allows for vehicles.

He even brought me into the garage and showed me the setup he had going on my car. No issues at all, and the prices are so fair that you'll feel the need to tip the guy.
