Angell is Terrible DO NOT GO HERE! I took my car in for a issue with my wiper blades the kept wiping even tho my car was literally turned off I had already had Problems with the store manager Angel who was Extremely rude to me before. She constantly interrupted over the phone barley letting me get a Word in. On the day of the repair she claims that I hurt her feelings and that she takes Customer service “very seriously” 😂 Wow all that I had to say to that is that if you pride yourself on service find another job asap because that was among the worse I have ever experienced as of typing this I am still having this issue after I paid almost $400 to have this fixed when I called about it her BS excuse was “that the issue was resolved when My car left the shop” um no because if it was resolved then I wouldn’t be having this issue as I’m typing this complaint right now avoid this car shop like the absolute plague, we shouldn’t have to fight just to get good service What a joke this would be like if you went to a doctor and you had surgery done on you, and even with medical insurance, you paid a large amount of money for that surgery and then you still had the same exact issue that you went to get operated on and then they’re like OK, but the issue was fine when you left. Stay AWAY from this place. I am Noticing Alot of people are complaining about the Manager Angell and her terrible service Here is the Corporate number to speak to them about the terrible service you received its also worth noting that the very owner of that location works at the one In Killeen so you may want to call that location and ask for the owner. Ok so I took my dodge in for an alternator issue and man was it pricey. It’s absolutely not their fault though it’s just a classic dodge surprise! It came with a 12k mile warranty. Yesterday my car threw the battery light while driving and I just knew it had to be that alternator. The battery was brand new and tested to ensure it was in working condition. I had to hobble my car to precision auto care on hopes and crossed fingers. It made it there and he told me i was at 10k miles of the warranty so it would be covered. I thought that I’d still have to pay for them to replace it which really had me stressing. All I had is a motorcycle to rely on which is great but not when storms are expected within the next couple of days. These people took my car in and had it out same day at zero cost. I can’t even explain how much they really saved the day for me. They didn’t cause any hassle, they didn’t try to rip me off, they are amazing! Really great service compared to every single mechanic shop I’ve ever taken my car to. These are trustworthy people and if anything ever goes wrong with my car, that’s who I’m taking it to! Thank you again!!!!

They got the job done, but they charge way too much in my opinion. One time I came in for an oil change, it took a couple hours, and it was over $200. We had the check engine light on recently and they charged $150 for the diagnosis, which was not absorbed into the labor cost of $300 additional. We spent $450 on labor and diagnosis for $300 worth of spark plugs and wires. A simple fix, but a very expensive fee to be seen by them. I asked them about the $150 diagnosis fee being waived since we paid for the labor there, but that is not their policy. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend because I think that they are too high.
