Had a nail in our tire on our way out of town. Stopped here after passing by several stores that were closed. Despite that they were closing due to weather issues, they graciously fixed our tire so we could be on the road again fast without any hesitation. If I could give less I would. Unprofessional, asked me if his prices were good, I answered honestly and said he had similar prices to his competition in his area. Proceeds to argue with me that I'm lying and then hangs up. I do not appreciate the rudeness after I answered the question you asked. Kaelum was the person I spoke to.

I highly recommend coming here if you have any tire issues. Kelum truly was our hero. We were hours away from home and experienced a split tire. We needed a tire desperately. After calling almost all the tire shops in Temple, Kelum returned my call with the exact tire we needed. He provided us with the best service and was the ultimate reason we were able to make it home that night. They stayed open to make sure we had a reliable tire to get us home and it was the quickest service (Discount Tire could never compare). They saved us so much money as well. This tire shop will go above and beyond any expectations you could have. Kelum truly cares about his customers and made a point to make sure we were taken care of and safe. He even called to check on us hours later to make sure we made it home okay. I can’t thank him enough!

I had a very disappointing experience here on June 12, 2025, around 1 PM. I brought my vehicle in for a flat tire repair. While attempting to remove my wheel, I watched their technician repeatedly use an impact gun without properly jacking up the vehicle, which caused one of my wheel studs to snap. The manager was present and witnessed this happen. Initially, I was told the tire repair would cost $20, and I was prepared to pay for that service. However, when I asked that the shop take responsibility for the damage they caused to my wheel stud, the manager refused to note the damage, refused to pay for the repair, and then refused to accept payment for the tire repair at all. He then told me, "Don’t come back," and called me a "cheapskate." This level of unprofessional behavior and refusal to take responsibility for damage caused during their own service is unacceptable. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and strongly caution others about using this business.
