July 4th 2024 at around 9:30am I took my car to Sam’s to get the tire plugged as I suspected a nail in it, I was losing air pretty quickly. My brother and I get there and we had to wait for about 20mins before anyone even acknowledged us. The guy came up and asked what was wrong with it, i explained and asked them to look at another tire aswell as the one with the nail in it. We did some shopping while we waited and finally, 30mins later we got the call to come get it. As we get my keys the guy is telling us “there’s nothing wrong we couldn’t find anything” if that were the case why am I losing air so quickly? Well hours later the nail fell out of my car on the highway driving home from popping fireworks. I thought there was nothing wrong with it? Wrong, if they can’t find a nail in a tire why are they working in a tire department? 23 year old women stranded on the side of the road at midnight with my 15 year old cousin isn’t exactly “fun” especially knowing the world we live in. So thank you to whoever hired the idiots working in the tire department who couldn’t find the nail in my tire… really wasn’t that hard to find after all once i finally looked.
