Hello, my name is Imani Roberson. I rarely review companies but i am sad to how terrible my experince is with customer service. My vehicle has been sitting at this shop for almost 2 weeks now because it needs a new engine and i was told that this shop doesnt do those repairs. I called multiple times to call my warrenty company silver rock and was told by whoever was on the phone that they will be contacted. My warrenty company still has yet to get a call from this shop about their diagnosis and the process of it being fixed is being held up soley because of this issue. This vehicle is the only one i have to go back and forth from work and now my job is at risk and i have come out of pocket hundreds of dollars trying to rent cars simply because a phone call has not been made after 2 weeks. AFTER i was told it would multiple times. I hope this problem gets fixed today as soon as possible. Because my job is on the line and i feel like nobody here even cares about it.
