I called for an appt to get my oil changed & I was given the time of 11:15. I was there 3 1/2 hours for an oil change with an appt!!! I left at 2:45!!

I took my electric Nissan Leaf there for annual check up. They ran test while I was waiting for 6 hours and said everything was fine but didn’t give a report due to machine printer is broken. They can’t email it either. I asked them if there is anything that needs to be done with this car as I have been driving it for 2 years. They repeatedly said nothing needs to be done. Fast forward 15-days, I went for tire change, wheel alignment was off the whole time, brake fluid was completely missing and who knows what’s happening with engine/battery. Poor customer service Poor electric car service Do not go there for electric car service. I don’t think they wants you there either as they can’t rip you off.

I don't want to blame this dealers workers its not their fault. Its a dealership issue. We went there for our Nissan vehicle service. I was td the 60 k service was due.I asked whats being done on the service. From what I understand a changing of oil, tyranny and brake fluid, new filters, from there a cleaning of the intake throttle body, fuel treatment and vehicle inspection....just these items a bit pricey $1900. We just did the oil change. When we purchased the car we bought an oil change contract not the vehicle maintenance contract...perhaps we should have gotten the maintenance contract, at the time it was too much for us. So they took the car in did not do the vehicle inspection to tell us possible issues. They merely mentioned the 60 service options we declined...didn't even rotate the tires. We bought the car in Dublin they are happy to do the vehicle inspection each time we had the oil changed ....not Fremont. We even had the oil changed in Southern California they did a vehicle inspection and rotated the tires ...not Fremont. Don't get me wrong we have had better customer service at Fremont but not this time. Perhaps we shall stay with the Dublin dealer. To end on a positive note the fremont dealer did wash and dry the car and it did look nice and clean.

Service advisor Eric is rude, disrespectful and dismissive. I had multiple questions regarding my new vehicle and he did not answer one. He had me running in circles with no real direction and did not offer assistance or guidance when needed. Also, my water bottle was stolen from my vehicle. When asked about it they said they didn't know where it was. Mind you I intentionally left it in my vehicle not thinking that anyone would steal it. I DO NOT recommend service at this location. If you must take your vehicle here please remove everything from your vehicle prior to arrival.

I recently brought my car in for an oil change and other services, including an issue with CarPlay not working. I was told by the service team that they had checked and resolved the CarPlay issue. However, when I checked it in front of them, the problem was still present. When I pointed this out, I was told that the technician had already checked it and that if I wanted it rechecked, I would need to leave my car with them for a few more days. I find it hard to believe that diagnosing or fixing CarPlay would take several days, especially after being assured that it was already addressed. Charging customers for services that aren’t fully completed and making false statements is unacceptable. Additionally, the rude behavior of your employees only worsens the experience. Management, is this really the level of customer service you want to offer? I expected better, and I’m deeply disappointed by this experience. FYI, That receipt name is nathan..

A very pleasant experience. Helpful and pro-actice supervisors ensure that your vehicle gets the best maintenance. They keep you updated during the duration of work. The waiting lounge is good with television, some books for reading and and vending machines. Although I usually prefer coffee in the mornings, I took a chance that day and had chocolate drink, and I was not disappointed. There are plug points for charging laptops and a separate section if you want to work. All these on top of professional and supportive experts for your vehicle will definitely bring a satisfactory smile when you return back home.

Fremont service center. I hope these reviews are considered when it comes to training employees esp the service advisors (the frontline of customer service). My husband made an appointment to change the oil on our car as well as check out the sunroof seal. the appointment was at 830a on a Saturday. We dropped off the car and went off to with our day in hopes we get our car back before the end of the day. The shop calls my husband at 230p later on that day from the service advisor David to tell us that they have not started on our car and that they lost the keys to the car! He calls to ask if we have the spare with us (which I did) and to drop it off at the shop before they close at the end of the day (they asked if we could be there by 430p) I go in to drop off the spare. I went to speak with David. David was unapologetic and very smug. We got our car back Monday afternoon. They gave us a new key and reprogrammed our spare. Also how convenient for him that the managers all left for the day at 4p on a Monday. No change in attitude as well. No apologies for the inconvenience that they caused and just talks with a smug attitude. I will say that this will be the last time we go here. It’s unfortunate that the attitude of one employee just leaves a bad taste to represent the whole service center.

service is ok, everything was timely manner and communication is superb,only thing I dont agree with is the bill bit overpricing!! cost $180 for air filter change ☠️I have no plans to to come back for my next oil change.Not worth my 25miles drive + toll fee. Thank you but not coming back for my car service maintenance .

Horrible Service done on my 2020 Nissan Rogue. I went in for a normal oil change and they told me that Engine air filter and Cabin air filter are getting dirty and needs replacement soon as well as the rear wiper and brakes. I said that I would do it on next service. When I got home, the pipe to Engine air filter was literally left loose like when you take it off, it was just sitting there with all the clips off and i was surprised how it didn't just fell off when I was driving home. That felt more like sabotage than mess up as if something had went wrong, it would have blamed on me and put a bill on me that something there service person clearly did not put back. Same with cabin air filter, was smashed in in horrible way, I had to set it up to have it in normal way. I am worried how they had messed up the brake system so i am even worried to check. Thank god I have service skills to check this but for a normal person, this is straight up fraud on leaving stuff loose in the engine compartment and if they did not pay for something they recommend, leave it in a way that it would definitely get destroyed in a few days. Such Horrible service and when I requested to talk to a service manager, they never got me back. Shows alot. So, be careful and show it to your own mechanic if you do not know about cars about if they even leave the car safe enough to drive on the road.

Upon check in, Dominic was very helpful and courteous. He communicated that the service will include inspection, oil change, and tire rotation, as well as approximate wait time. The service was completed slightly before the estimated timeline and my car had a complimentary wash. After the service, Dominic explained all the items on the inspection report and on the invoice. My Service experience at Premier Nissan of Fremont on 12/23/2025 exceeded my expectations. I made my appointment online, and I requested The Service Manager, Johnny Nguyen to be my Service Advisor. Johnny is the Best representation of this Nissan Location, by clearly demonstrating "Premier" Service, Professionalism and experience. This Nissan location is my Dealership of choice. I went in for my 5,000 mile Service, oil and oil filter change, tire rotation, new cabin filter, new windshield wiper blades, transmission fluid exchange, and to inspect brakes and all under hood fluid levels. They washed my car too. Mr. Johnny Nguyen was so thorough in answering my questions and kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle service while I waited. Mr. Nguyen made me feel welcome and valued as a long time Customer, and words are not adequate to express how much I appreciate him. They were very nice, but they did not fix my 2024 Nissan Ariya correctly. I purchased this vehicle Certified Pre-Owned in late November 2025. It currently has 15,404 miles, and I have personally driven it less than 1,000 miles. I should not be dealing with unresolved EV charging failures on a CPO vehicle this new. I brought the car in because DC fast charging was not working and the EV warning light was on. The dealership kept the car for about two weeks and replaced the entire charging port. I was told the vehicle was fixed after they tested it on a Level 2 charger only. A week after pickup, I attempted to DC fast charge and the car still failed immediately with fault behavior. Level 2 charging working does not verify DC fast charging, which was the original issue. The staff was polite, but the repair was incomplete, and the vehicle was returned without proper DC fast-charge verification. I now have to bring the car back again for the same unresolved problem. This is extremely disappointing for a Certified Pre-Owned Nissan.
