Things are not organized for easy browsing. The section aisle that has oil filters marked for display has none and they are in totally different places in the store. Selection of oil filters was also limited.

Great work towards service, Mr. Diego, J and others were very good. Although, I had to visit twice within two hours, even though I asked on the phone before going to the store, as one of the staff forgot to order a part. Parts almost double the price compared to online, about 20-40% more compared to other local retailers. Fast register service. So a mixed experience on service, but they are trying. Good inventory, pricing compromised.

Just called this location and was pleasantly greeted by Kevin. I’m getting quotes on some suspension work for my truck and was searching the internet to kinda price check the individual prices of the parts I was told I needed. Knowing I wasn’t going to buying the parts directly from him Kevin still took the time to look up the prices of different brands for the item in question. Never felt rushed and he gave me above and beyond the customer service you would expect from any establishment. Thank you Kevin and when I need to buy anything I’ll be coming her for sure!

Another wonderful experience at a different O’Reilly store. My headlight went out and got pulled over by the police because of it. Went to the nearest O’Reilly to get the lightbulb replaced right away. The worker Zane was extremely nice and helpful. While he wasn’t supposed to help with the installation, he offered to help take a look and pretty much did everything for me. He probably sensed my helplessness. Zane for sure went above and beyond. Thank you, Zane! Thank you O’Reilly for always hiring the right people and ensuring the customers have great experiences.

Has most of what you need but employees are hit and miss. Some are friendly but others can be rude. O'Reilly has moved to a new location. The store seems slightly smaller but everything is clean and organized and the staff was friendly. 09/28/22 Bumping to 5 stars.

Isabelle at O'reillys Fremont is the worst. Store used to be the place you could ask a question and one of the team will help you guide you and even take a quick look.Dad always told me anything happens find an O'reillys they are honest and will help you. Not tonight!!! Isabelle doesn't help the guy in front of me in line but stops to take a call from her son while her ringer blasts during ringing him up. My turn. I ask her if someone can help me check my oil level right in front of the door as Im buying oil. She says no one is free but there's 3 employees standing around. Then says they have never done that. Mentioned to her i had been coming here for 7 years and the team has always helped with wiper blade install, oil level checks etc. That's why our commercial truck company uses OReilly's. Guess its time to switch ....Avoid her.

Mostly bad experience from start to finish. Went here for a new battery, hoping to take advantage of free installation. Should be simple. First, there was only one guy working, so the wait was long. When we got to the front of the line, he asked us to wait even longer, since his colleague was coming back from break soon, and our request was gonna take a little longer than other people in line. We said sure, no problem, and waited for like 10 minutes. When the other guy showed up, he sold us the battery. Of course, he automatically grabbed the "extreme" version, which was more expensive. We just wanted to get it over with, so we didn't argue. He sold it to us, and we asked him to install, but he said he didn't have time right now, he was on his way to do a delivery or something. But he assured us we could do it ourselves, it was easy; and if not, we could come back tomorrow and they would do it. Ok, we went home to do it ourselves. Watched a video, we were ready to go, but turns out we didn't have the right tool. Ugh. Next day, we go back in. "Hi, could you guys install this for us? We don't have the right tool, haha!" They ask about the make and model, look it up, and tell us it has to be professionally installed and they can't do it! Why the heck didn't they look that up yesterday?! So now we're at a different business to see if we can pay someone else, yet more money, to install this battery for us. Next time, we will definitely just go somewhere else, no reason to go here with this poor level of service. I guess on the bright side, everyone was polite...

It's a mixed bag with the store. Some of the employees there are super knowledgeable and very helpful, while others have absolutely no idea what they're talking about. I've had one or two employees that have really helped me through fixing a problem with my vehicle, and saw their employees who didn't know the correct parts, gave me the wrong parts, didn't know how to use a computer, weren't aware of the parts of their own store... The store is small so it doesn't have a lot on the customer side, though I'm not sure the extent of the parts that they carry. Overall, it's a standard auto parts store experience
