Very pleased with the Quality of repair done to my car, but very displeased with the communication and the customer service. They had my car in the shop for a month and Did not fill me in whatsoever on how my car was coming or if they were even doing stuff to my car. When I was on the phone with one of the people there to express my concerns because my rental car period was almost up, so I needed my car done. The lady was very rude on the phone. Therefore, I will not be coming back due to the customer service and communication.

I had a great experience from beginning to end. I stopped in without an appointment and Gary took time to give me an estimate while I waited. The pricing was reasonable, great communication and updates while my vehicle was in there for repairs, the work was performed exactly per the schedule I was provided, and the quality of the work was very high. My Camry was hit on the passenger side rear quarter panel just above the tire causing damage from the bumper to the door. Allstate (not in good hands) felt a customer taken photo claim without an adjuster looking at it was sufficient enough even though there was heard rubbing in the rear end and the steering wheel was off center. I informed the body shop what my concerns were and was told they would address with the insurance after the teardown was completed. Vehicle returned at the end of August and appeared better than new to the eye, but the steering wheel was still off centered and the rear end was noticeably loud. In November called the body shop said the right rear tire was balding and the car was bouncing on that side and I was told to contact Allstate. By the December I had two completely bald rear tires and the insurance company not returning my calls. I'm no auto body or insurance professional by any means but if fixing damaged vehicles is your business...shouldn't pride in your work and safety be priorities?

In the end, we finally had my car fixed. getting rear ended it took about a month to get an estimate which took a few mins. a couple $1000s in damage with my whole trunk and bumper crushed and needing replaced. got the date which was another month later. dropped off and a week later or so I had my car back! big issues came once i got it back, a nice sized gap from my trunk to my bumper which wasn’t super noticeable but bothered me some. first time and first issue was a ENTIRE wire was sticking out from the trim and was just closed over. went back and they fixed it right away and was fine. then it rained pretty good and my trunk ended up filling with water so when I opened it up all the water fell into the cab. went back and they fixed it as it was just a drain plug they didn’t close the whole way. Then i had to go back for a 3rd time because they didn’t calibrate the blind spot monitoring. after a few months and over $10k in damages it was as close to normal as possible. i’m not too if a newer Volkswagen is hard to work on or they had young techs on it or they weren’t sure what was going on with a VW but after going back 3 times it was no more water leakage and the blind spot was working as well. the people i talked to were very pleasant and helpful! craftsmanship was okay as I had to go back multiple times and had to ask them to fix things like trim sticking out from where it was instead of just fixing it so it looked good. Overall an okay experience, eager to do what was asked but not too much pride in the way of making sure everything was completed and checked off after coming back the 1st or 2nd time. Thanks!

WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve had with an autobody/repair shop. Took my car in here a few months ago for hail damage repair and dropped my car off with an estimated 3 day turn around time. I understood this would vary depending on their gauge of the damage, but when I called 4 days later for an update I was told nobody had looked at my car, and that the weather damage guy “didn’t respond to our call”. I picked up my car and a few days later dropped it back off with the promise that it would be looked at within the next day. My car was at this shop for 2 weeks and they never bothered to call and let me know how the progress was going. I ended up having to reach out every couple of days for an update but was never given clear information. When I got my car back the sun visor was broken and when I took it back the part took over a month to come in. Once again, no follow up or calls letting me know what was happening. After weeks of going back and forth I thought I was done with this place, but I continue to find errors in their reconstruction of my vehicle, and just poor quality repairs such as front indicator lights not being set back in properly. Words cannot describe my frustration and unpleasant experience with this shop.
