It was a pleasure getting my vehicle serviced here! I had a tire go flat as I was on the way to work so i was stressing! Queensgate Auto wasn’t too far from me so I went there to see if I could schedule a fix. They were so accommodating, they even squeezed me in on the spot since my repairs weren’t too much. I told them i also needed an oil change & they went above and beyond and handled that service as well. I still have my job, and thanks to queensgate, i still have my car! Awesome employees! I am extremely pleased and impressed by these mechanics. I left my car there for an inspection and it wasn’t long before they sent me a report for the repairs and I was able to sign the report using my phone to have them do the work and they had the repairs done and ready to pick up the next day. They seem like nice guys but I had a bad experience here. They damaged my wheels when they installed my new tires. They broke the center cap piece and there were scratches along the edges that weren't there before I took it them. And I just found out that that mounted my front tires wrong. They put the inner on on the outside...smh...unbelievable! They said that they were going to pay for my wheel being damaged but never did. Bad business! I won't be back!
