Rarely ever answer their phone. Had work done there once and they did a good job. Called again to get a quote for a 2nd job and was told I would get a call back with an estimate. Never got a call back, eventually gave up and went somewhere else.

I was in Santa Maria for a week on work. The second to last day after getting back to my hotel I noticed I had a coolant leak under my 07 Dodge 2500 5.9 Diesel, it was a good puddle. I live 6 hours away in Northern Ca. and I would be driving back the next day after work. I was referred to Pro Max Diesel and called them at 8:00am that morning. I explained my situation and they said bring it in. They they diagnosed the situation by 10:00am with two estimates. I told them to proceed and they said they would have the truck done by 4pm. I picked up my truck and was able to make the 6 hour trip home without any issues. Thank you Pro Max Diesel.
