I have taken two different vehicles here in the last year. One was for my pickup truck with a broken weld near the exhaust tip. Then today for a rattling sound coming from the exhaust that ended up being a loose heat shield. Both were quick repairs while I waited. Honest people that shot me straight. Highly recommend. They also service much more than mufflers/exhaust and have a showroom of things like bed covers and hitches.

Their customer service is top-notch. They answered all my questions and gave me a great estimate. I look forward to doing business with them very soon. _______________________________ I meant to come back and add to this a couple months ago after getting the work done. Anyway, they replaced the catalytic converter on our Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I brought it in and they got right to work. I sat in the waiting area and ate my lunch, read for a little bit, and they were done. Very impressed with the quick service and excellent workmanship. Our vehicle has been running great since then. Ennis and the crew there have definitely got all my future business that they handle and I'll be recommending them to everyone I know.

The team at Pronto Muffler & Brake did an awesome job changing out my exhaust tips. The tailpipe made it impossible to add aftermarket tips. But the team fabricated new tailpipes and attached my new exhaust tips... It looks a whole lot better than before. Have been a repeat customer for my other two vehicles... Grade A workmanship.

Motordyne Shockwave came in slightly misaligned, these guys went above and beyond to make sure there would be no issues, saved me a headache and possibly over a thousand dollars. It’s sounds amazing and the driving experience is a night and day difference. These guys did it all for a low price, and even with a hiccup to no fault of their own, they still managed quick service. If you’re need muffler work this shop is amazing. But keep in mind Collin county laws can restrict certain mods like the ART Y-pipe will have to be installed in Grayson county. Been having fun with my daughter’s first car, until she’s ready to drive it on her own; so brought in a couple mufflers and tips to be welded on. The team there had great service, clean shop and welded everything up properly. I would recommend this shop for sure! Ken was awesome guy. He was honest with their price and work. I came in for catalytic converter and muffler. He sold me catalytic converter with a 2 split mufflers system at a price which I can afford. I shop around and their price very reasonable. My Silverado sounds like 2 twin silver back gorilla hit their chest.

They're not like most shops that will give you a list of stuff that has nothing to do with the issue you brought to them and in my opinion they are fairly trustworthy. Prompt is awesome! Kenneth offered advice and was very patient while I made my product decisions. His recommendations were exactly what I wanted. They installed dual exhaust with the “Cowboy cut” set up with 2 1/2” black tips. They also leveled my 2wd truck to level it. And it only took them about 3 hours!
