***Positive*** Good people at this place of business. I bought a car from them. I feel like I got a great deal with the extras they gave me. I love the car! Jordan was easy to work with during the sales process. ***Negative*** It took about a month after I gave him the plate number that would be transferred to the car from my previous vehicle for the registration to be updated. He texted me a picture of the new registration immediately after he got it done at DMV as I asked. I also asked him to mail it to me right away. It did not come in the mail, so I texted him to confirm it had been mailed- no response. I called and left a message about the registration- no response. It’s been a month now and I have not received it yet. I write this negative review that I’m still willing to update and I get the response below from the owner within the hour. I’m willing to update this review when he mails me the updated registration. I didn’t want to write a review like this, but I’m just stating the facts from my side. The sales side is a strength, but the after the sale customer service is not good. As of now, I will not do business with Jordan again until he gets the registration to me. Otherwise, I will go to DMV myself to get the registration printed, this review will stay as is and I would not recommend them to you unless you are ok with going through the same type of trouble I have with not getting responses to my texts or calls. Good luck if you still choose to do business with them. ***Updated*** Everything with the registration has been squared away. They do these registrations in batches which takes some time, then when it is submitted through the state, there is more waiting time until it shows up in your mailbox. Everything is good and I’ve been happy with the car.

I just had my oil changed on the 1st or 2nd now my car is running hot...my boyfriend looks under the hood and the cap is missing and its bone dry. I call and he goes on saying its no way and someone else had to do it after them. I have not been anywhere else keep in mind. He automatically tells me it's been too long that I would have noticed it in 5 days. Then he goes on to tell me that he been with the company 7 years and never had a complaint. But then goes on to say call another mechanic and ask them don't take my word for it. I call a legit business and that mechanic tells me he is at fault smh.

I went in and purchased a beautiful 350z. It was in outstanding condition due to their personal work on the car. Besides that, the customer service they provided was out of this world. They gave me helpful tips to maintain the car I bought and provided professional work done prior and after simply because I requested it. They give affordable prices and quick return times and I wont go anywhere else from now on for Auto repairs. Thank you again!!

I am very happy with my experience here. I purchased a vehicle from them about 2 weeks ago. They were very friendly and helpful. The car was everything they said it would be. There was an issue with the radio, and they have been very helpful in resolving that as well. I got my tires here as well, and they are very affordable, and efficient when it comes to wait times. I plan to go here for all my auto needs, and higjlh recommend them!

For the last 10 years the Brothers at Quality Auto have been taking care of my family, friends and employees car needs. Newer cars or older cars they always know what to do. Professional, great pricing, multiple options when money is tight and always going the extra mile I can't recommend them enough. When something isn't right, they make it right. I came here twice and both times it was without an appointment or anything. I just pulled up and told them my issues and they quoted $110 less then the prior places I went to for the same thing. Both times I not only saved money but time. They were quick and efficient and made me feel comfortable to come here. I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage like most places. I highly recommend coming here. The employees here are also not bad to look at while they work so that's another plus haha. Oh they also didn't mind that I had my dogs with me.
