I had a door on my personal car that was damaged. Instead of having to replace it, Ted was able to actually fix it. It looks brand new! He takes a lot of pride in his work and charges a reasonable price. He did a beautiful job so I took my company vehicle to him after a front end collision by one of my employees. Again, he did a fabulous job fixing it. He was able to manipulate the damaged parts so they look new without having to spend a fortune on new parts. Not many shops will take the time to do this. He listened to what I wanted and delivered. I highly recommend quality collision. Would not go anywhere else. Worth waiting for!

I recently had an accident to my 2008 Subaru Forester causing sever damage to the driver's side front fender. I visited two top rated car body collision repair businesses in the Colorado Springs area including Quality Collision & Repair to get quotes for the repair. The first business gave me a fairly reasonable quote which included a new fender. The business owner told be a new fender was the best approach since in his experience a used fender for a car my age would most likely have experienced some level of hail damage. When I visited Quality Collision and Repair, however, Ted told me that he might be able to find a used fender in good condition that he could install quickly and for very reasonable cost. Two days after me visit with Ted, he called to tell me he had found a used fender in great condition and the exact color as my Subaru. The following day I dropped my car off with Ted, and he called me the next day to tell me the repair was complete. When I picked up my car and to my surprise and utter delight, the repair looked great. More than that cost for the repair was less than half of quote from the first business. What more can I say - Ted Olszewski is not only the most experienced and qualified collision repair expert I've had the pleasure of dealing with, he is also the most reputable. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would certainly do so.

My car was less than a year bought when it got severely damaged by a freak hail storm during summer 2020. Because it was considered too new, my insurance company didn't total the car. The auto shops all over town were starting to get booked up because tons of people were affected by the storm, but luckily I came to google reviews and found Ted's shop. Ted is the most hardworking auto repair specialist you'll find in Colorado Springs. He assessed my car, gave me a proper time estimate of how long he'll be working on it (it took around 1.5 months for everything to get fully fixed-- but I appreciated that he told me this upfront), and promised me Honda factory parts to ensure my car looks brand new again. Ted delivered on all his promises and you can't tell at all that my car has ever received hail damage! I felt very comfortable asking Ted a ton of questions throughout the process, and he made sure to call me every few weeks to keep me updated on his progress. Highly, highly recommend checking him out for any of your car needs (and especially if you've experienced hail damage). He takes a lot of pride in his work and will treat your car as if it is his own.

Ted did an amazing job with my Pathfinder. I was hit by another driver and had my front Left wheel and quarter panel severely damaged. Totaled by the Insurance company. Ted not only fixed the damage, but for significantly less than I expected! High quality work all around. Only possible issues was time it took to repair, and this is only because Ted is in such demand that he is always busy. I can not recommend Ted enough and plan on bringing him more work as my cars need it in the future

I had a bumper that needed to be replaced from a parking lot accident. Ted was excellent to work with, able to offer the most affordable option. Didn’t have to leave my car for any extended time. He order the bumper and painted prior so I only had to leave my car for a few hours for completion. Fair pricing, good customer service and quality work. Would recommend for anyone.

Our new go to body shop. The owner is incredibly friendly and went through various options with us. On one car he even buffed out some scratches and didn’t charge for his time. The owner Ted is a remarkable person, his kindness and compassion went unmatched. I recently got my passenger door repaired on a ford focus, not only was Ted open to taking the job on, his prices were incredibly reasonable, he completed the job in a very well timed fashion and it looks incredible! My experience at Quality Collision & Hail Repair was fantastic. Ted, the shop owner, is a genuine person doing fantastic work at a very reasonable price. He was super easy to communicate with throughout the entire process from initial quote to completion - much better than a few of the other local shops I contacted for quotes. Ted did a minor repair where there was rust, paint matched and put a clear coat on my 16-year old 4Runner tailgate. His work looks as good as the factory paint. I originally painted it myself but wasn't happy with the result. In hindsight, I should have gone directly to Ted and let him work his magic. I'm rather detail oriented and care about my vehicle, and I highly recommend Quality Collision & Hail Repair! There's a reason he has all 5 star reviews on Google and Yelp. I will be taking our other vehicle to Ted for dent repair once hail season is over.

I cannot recommend Quality Collision and Hail Repair enough. You can’t even tell that my car was damaged. I was able to opt in to new or used parts based on my budget, and felt that I was given sound advice on what I really needed and what could be repaired instead of replaced. Should I ever find myself needing service again, there’s no question that I’ll return. I have already recommended QC&HR to a family member who hasn’t had his vehicle fixed due to price gouging at other places.

My experience with Ted was stellar. I am someone who both dotes on my car and who often has issues with the responsiveness and accuracy of professional services. I say this to emphasize how Ted absolutely impressed me with his efficiency and the beauty of his finished work! My car had hail damage on every panel but one following the storm-crazy Colorado summer of 2023. Ted helped me through the planning and claims process, the logistics of which were complex due to my working out of country for seven months over the winter/spring. He stayed on schedule despite my absence and was able to fix my car with PDR as planned, so that I came home to a beautifully repaired vehicle. Couldn't be happier. There is not even trace evidence (no creases or paint cracks) of the damage that so devastated me last summer. Ted is also very friendly and easy to work with, willing to help out from his knowledge and experience without making you feel pressured to take any particular course of action for repair. Thank you Ted for restoring my "Marsha" to me in like-new condition!! Note - The interior photos are taken at a port preparing for the car to be shipped overseas with me for a work assignment; the lighting really shows the perfection of the hail repair.
