The owner Keith and his team were wonderful during my vehicle repairs. I am switching from my big name dealership to this location from now on. The family owned atmosphere allows great service and a more human connection when compared to other places. I did not feel like I was just another invoice number with a wallet. I really appreciate that they worked with my hectic schedule to provide fast service and - even better - a loaner vehicle to keep my day going smoothly. Communication is great and I was updated every step of the way. They broke down everything that needed to be done and explained next steps. This location has great ratings for a reason and I am happy I made the switch here!

This place was a recent find - I try to do my own work because I like to work on vehicles and it keeps the costs down, but once in a while we need places to take our vehicles to for things I can't do, like inspections! So I'm always nervous trying a new place. I just got my second vehicle back from them that needed to be inspected. With both vehicles they took the time to give me a comprehensive report of issues that needed to be addressed in the future - complete with the reason the service is recommended and the cost. Yet despite that, there were NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES. They were understanding and fine with the fact that I work on my own vehicles, even though it is understandably a detriment for a garage that is requiring people to bring them their cars to make money and stay open. One of the issues was a parking brake that was loose in tension - a safety issue but not a deal-breaker for inspection. I mentioned that it was more than I could afford at the moment but would take care of it on my own soon. I found out later that evening when I got home and engaged my parking break that they fixed the brake anyway - and THEY DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME OR CHARGE ME - because they were more worried about my family's safety than they were tooting their own horn. An unsung act of kindness from an unsung group of heroes. I have not seen integrity like this anywhere, but it's is refreshing. I can't thank them enough - no words would suffice. I will be back, and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Moved to York, PA a year ago and wanted to find a mechanic. They are a certified RepairPal through CarMax and I have a protection plan through them so I started with them. I needed an PA safety inspection for my registration transfer as well as any repairs necessary to pass. Extremely friendly and helpful customer service from the start. They start by writing up a complete report of items that need repair to pass, items that need immediate attention but are not required for the inspection, items to pay attention to in the future, and items that are in good shape. The technician I worked with worked extensively with my warranty company which saved me around $1,200. I feel very comfortable with the items they said required attention and do not feel as though they were trying to make extra money replacing parts or doing work that was not needed. I will certainly be returning as a customer and recommending them to anyone else in the area who is looking.

Julie is always very friendly and cheerful. The other staff I have interacted with have also been friendly. I'm always blown away when I get the very thorough inspection report (which is a webpage), not only listing what they checked/tested, but photos of the checks and results. It really is awesome. They even break it down by priority: Good, Future Attention, and Immediate Attention. Each provides an explanation on why it is needed and the cost. I've included an example.

WOW WOW WOW! such wonderful service! Julie B (Service Advisor) was outstand customer service as well as taking the time to explain all material needed and really went out of her way to help me w/ my renewal registration, needed for my inspection/emissions. Carl E (Technician) did a great job servicing my car as well. Very reasonable pricing too. Even had a loaner vehicle for me to use while my car was being serviced. Will DEFINITETLY be returning as a routine customer! :)

I just recently took my third personal vehicle in for scheduled routine maintenance. The same thorough professional automotive care that I have been receiving in the past continued with this most recent visit. Two things occurred that are worth mentioning. First, I received a text message from Julie and Dan, asking me if everything was okay with this last visit, and if I was satisfied with the work. My response was that everything was okay, no problems, and thanked them for the follow-up. My point is how many businesses take the time to follow-up with their customers? This is just another example of how the "Quality Service Center" team stands behind their work! Second thing is that I had two Safety Recalls from the manufacturer that can only be completed by the manufacturer, so unfortunately, I had to take my vehicle to a local dealership. What a contrast that was . . . the total experience was a negative one. I have been spoiled by the very positive treatment that the team at the Quality Service Center gives me every time I bring a vehicle in for service. My recommendation to anyone who truly cares about their vehicle, is to take it to "Quality Service Center". You will not be disappointed with the work that is completed and will also be impressed with the overall total experience that they provide!
