My rear window in my GMC Yukon was shattered. First off, they arrived quick. Within 20-30 min of confirming I wanted to move forward. They came to me, and once they arrived, the glass was installed QUICKLY. (Another place told me I was going to have to wait three days!) It looked brand new! I was totally stressed when someone ripped off my side mirror. I called this place, and they answered right away and sorted me out. The guy who answered seemed busy, but he still made time to help me with my mirror. He even let me FaceTime him so that he could walk me through it, unfortunately, I couldn’t fix it so He told me to come over, and fixed it up for me. I'm super grateful for his help, especially since he was in the middle of something else. It's good to know there are still helpful people out there. 100/100 highly recommend!!!

Just got my car broken into. New to the area and didn’t know where else to go to get the window replaced. Was the first website to pop up when I searched auto glass repair, saw that I could get a quote online and entered my car information. About 15 minutes passed and I got a phone call from a guy named Max. He told me to bring it in and they’d get it fixed the same day. Price was very fair in my opinion.

My window was broken at Buffalo Bayou Park on June 11. I called Toyota but didn’t get a fast enough response. I found this company on Google, saw their good ratings, and decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did! They scheduled me for the next morning at 7 am and not only repaired my window but also buffed out scratches and fixed the window lining that had been lifting for a year. After a terrible few days dealing with the insurance company, claims adjusters, rental companies, and bad weather with a broken sunroof. I was delightfully surprised my auto glass replacement was shipped and arriving early which was communicated by the shop well in advance. They reached out to schedule an appointment and after arriving to the location I was surprised yet again by the professionalism, diligence, and great customer service. I would give 6 stars if I could, they got me on the road and functioning in less time than originally quoted. I hope I don't need their services again in the future, but if something breaks I'll be returning.

Contacted Quick Auto Glass this morning with an emergency replacement. Something shattered my sister’s window on her commute to work. They had a Technician - Hugo at her home to replace her rear window within an hour. He vacuumed up the broken glass from the back of her vehicle and swept up and removed any glass chips that fell to the ground. Total time from quote to installation was around an hour and half. Thanks to Max (dispatcher) and Hugo for all of your assistance this morning!!!

This company is so fantastic! I had my car broken into and they were so fast to fix my window it was less than 24 hours! They came to me and made my experience so efficient. They even matched the actual brand of glass that was in my car to factory standards. The price they charged was affordable and the quality of service was outstanding.
