I had an unusually great experience today at "Quick Lane" express auto garage. They do mostly normal maintenance and repairs, oil changes, break jobs, etc. Slightly below market prices as well, discounts for Veterans!! But the best part was the great customer service!!! All the employees were polite, upfront, knowledgeable and helpful. One standout was "Ray" that's actually a nickname and a very nice young lady. Awesome and a go there for sure five star rating!!!

This Quick Lane location is a throw - back to the service stations of the 1960s. Michael, who I assume is the manager, provides a level of service that reminds me of the guy who cleans your windshield and checks your oil while your tank is being filled. I highly recommend the Hemet Quick Lane and Michael for trustworthy service.

Came in for a synthetic oil change; was easily able to change my appointment time on the website; Michael helped me out and was very nice while doing do so. Make sure to not book around 12pm-2pm, as that’s when a lot of lunches happen and you’ll have a bit of a longer wait time. Great staff, clean bathroom, comfy waiting room.

This is hands down one of the most poorly run businesses I’ve ever dealt with. Complete incompetence from start to finish. I was told one day they were short-handed and to come back the next day. I explained clearly that I work Monday through Friday and don’t get off until 3:30, but I still made the effort to come back. And surprise I was turned away again. Then comes the most insulting part: I was told that even if I made an appointment, there’s a good chance the service still wouldn’t get done. That tells you everything you need to know. If your shop can’t honor appointments or manage basic workflow, you shouldn’t be open to the public. Let’s be clear: this was for a coolant exchange a 20-minute job at best. Instead of doing the work, they wasted multiple days of my time with excuses, shrugged shoulders, and zero accountability. This place doesn’t respect customers, doesn’t value people’s time, and clearly has leadership that’s asleep at the wheel. Tim Moran seems perfectly fine running a business that treats customers like garbage. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and lost time take your money anywhere else. This shop doesn’t deserve it

I have never seen any service go so fast. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I was told by others my battery would not be easy to do. I expected to be there awhile. So it was nice to have it done so quickly. Michael was very courteous. Let me know about recalls. Very impressed!
