Too busy to change oil at 3:45 on a Monday. Thats all he said. Didnt say come another day. Nothing. They have all the business they want. They could care less about oil changes...They have turned into a service center and there is NO Quick Lane.

The associate's are very honest and provide Great Customer Service! 🙂 They never try to sell the customer any services that isn't needed! If there is additional services required, it's explained throughly! I highly recommend the Quick Lane! You won't be disappointed! You guys rock! Especially Keith😃

This ended up being the 3rd place ive taken my jeep to for a basic alignment. They didnt write me up a 2800$ invoice saying i needed things that wernt broken. i changed out 2 of the tie rods and needed the laser machine to align the tires within spec. Gave this place a call showed up when they werent busy, and they had me in and out less then 45 mins. Tony did the alignment, and was very honest. This place is a Honest shop. tell them what you need and see if they can accommodate.

Took my Ford F-150 and the tech working on my rosters stripped my caliper after I had already waited for 6 hours. My brother took his Ford Escape for the exact same service and they charged him for resurfacing his Rotors and THEY DIDN’T DO THE WORK. This place is exactly why people don’t service their automobiles. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS

I've been coming here since I got my truck in 2020. But, I was accused of cutting the line. By the guy at the counter and the person who actully cut the line. When I was the first one to get to the shop that morning. I arrived at 6:18am they open at 8:00am. I had to be somewhere at 10:00am. So, I came really early to be the 1st one there. I was sitting in my truck. Like I've always done. They opened a few minutes early. I wasn't worried about walking in the door 1st. Because, everybody there knew I was there before them. So, I walk inside and go to the front of the line. Since I was there since 6:18. In front of the guy that came second to the last. He's in the front of the line. They don't do appointments on Saturdays. So, how's he at the front? The guy at the counter asked who's 1st. I said me I was here since 6:18. Then he proceeds to tell me I cut the line. He doesn't care what time I got there. And, he rather make me mad instead of making anyone else mad. And, he has one of the mechanics for back up. If I don't like it. Sounded kind of threatening to me. Then he asked if anybody feels I cut the line. The only person that said yes. Was the guy that actually cut the line. The guy at the counter told me I had to go to the end of the line. So, I just left the shop. It doesn't matter if you're the 1st person to get to the shop. You can be second to the last person. As long as you walk through the door 1st.

Haven't really had a good experience since I started going here. I got a package with free oil changes when I bought my car here. My prior visit they said I would need new brakes soon. I went today and they said my breaks were in good condition. I brought that up and they got a second opinion for me. Turns out I do need new breaks.... That being said, I left my car there all day and I would have liked to have known I needed new breaks and would have had them replace them before I came to pick my car up. My car was ready after about 2 hrs but it was there for 4-5 hrs.

I would put 0 stars if possible. I dropped off my Raptor around midday and left it with them to be done by 7. Simple oil change and tire rotation. After not hearing back from them by 6:45 (close at 7) I drove over. The man inside informed me that they must not have gotten to my vehicle and asked if I could leave it over night. I told him no and he said okay handed me my key and I left. There was no courtesy call asking me to leave my vehicle, if I didn’t go over before close they were going to be keeping it. The worker didn’t even apologize for forgetting about my vehicle. My long business relationship with Jones Ford will not be moving forward and I suggest others don’t do business here.

When trying to schedule oil change electronically at Quick Lane your not able to due to the option is not available. You have to check a different service and tell the service manager what you really need when your at the service desk. I expected better service availability from my Ford Dealership. I really like my Ford truck!

These guys are awesome. They have taken care of my GT Mustang from day one. They have always worked to get me in for service and have done great work. The waiting room is always clean and there is coffee. They call if they just fix things to make sure their service costs are not a surprise. If your car is your baby and not just the thing you drive around, trust Quick Lane.

After years of trusted and great service, I was deliberately deceived and lied to by service writer, Keith Schlichting, when I recently took my car in for a simple oil change. Almost $600 later, another service writer told me I was sold a service I did not need. Repeated calls to speak to management have gone unanswered. Please do not trust what you are told or be pressured into something you do not need , just to fill the pockets with commission.

I like the service but I understand prices change but I arranged to have 2 front tires replaced and was given a quote for the services done on Friday. Friday morning I am there to get my tires done. When it comes tome to pay, I was given another price and then I was also informed at this time that there would be a fee for using a debit/credit card. This kind of information should be told in advance. And as a former employee of Jones ford let me say "YOU NEED TO DO BETTER". omitting important information is just as bad as a lie.

These people misdiagnosed a warranty issue on my Ford focus and made me pay for a repair that was unnecessary. The issue wasn't resolved and they refused to refund me even after rediagnosing (this time correctly thank goodness) and fixing the actual issue. This business is untrustworthy.

If I could give a zero star I would. Took my box truck in for an oils change- the next evening my box truck shut off driving down I26. We check the oil- even video us checking the oil because there was no oil in it.I call and speak to Jeff and send the video- he tells me to have it towed back and they’d look at it- if it’s there fault they’ll reimburse the tow. So naturally I tow there- Jeff calls me says “hey there’s oil in the truck” - and offer to send it to be diagnosed for $165. I agree to this- a couple of days later Jeff calls me saying hey looks like you need a new engine…to which I’m like okay how much? ($8150 is the price tag btw) so I tell him I’ll just get the truck. We pick up the truck and it shuts off again halfway to getting it to where it needs to go. Call a tow truck (Princes Towing-highly recommend). They pick up the truck and as I’m on the phone with the drive he informs me that I have a MAJOR oil leak. So naturally I call Jeff and I’m like hey can you explain this- Jeff decides that there’s no way there’s an oil leak- in fact tells the tow truck driver that there’s just NO WAY there’s an oil leak. The best part is when I asked Jeff for a solution..he offered to diagnose it truck yet again for $165/hr-(he estimated 10 hrs). These guys were the last ones to touch my oil and work on my truck but refuse to admit they might have dropped the ball- so here’s the review- with the photos- You tell me if there’s an oil leak 👀

Went in for 10K check up on Mustang Mach e. They got right to work checking that everything was still in working order after the first ten thousand miles. I purchase brand new from Jones. They were upfront about what services would be completed: tire rotation, balancing, etc. Staff seamed knowledgeable and well trained. The whole thing took about an hour. I will be returning to the quick lane again.

Arrive at 7 am on a weekday and always get service. Can't do the maintenance my self due to ride height of car. Very professional and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable waiting room with TV. I fully recommend them for all your regular maintenance needs.
