The staff was ok the prices are way to high for the services provided plus we got a tow at 2am and the next day at 1:30pm we see the tow truck drive by with our vehicle still on it and the windows all down so anyone can take what they want also they could be a little more gentle with other people stuff but hey it's Las Cruces I guess my expectations shouldn't be very high

Twenty miles and three days storage can get really pricey with them. But they are real, took care of us even though we got there after they closed. Kept the vehicle safe and didn't damage it during towing or parking. Thx guys Thank you

**UPDATE** Owner lost my keys, changes prices based on his moods and doesn't secure vehicles. Most overpriced towing company in town. They hold bankers hours so good luck being a normal person with a normal job. STAY AWAY!

Driving thru on my way to AZ, two hours from home. Water pump went. Called R&M and an Angel named Rey rescued me. Towed my car, gave me ride to hotel for the night, and had my car to me after lunch the next day. Very reasonable pricing for a quick turnaround!! I would definitely recommend. Honest, do what they say, great customer service. You leave feeling you have lifetime friends in Las Cruces!! Thanks R&M BYRDS!!

The Best! A true mechanic is worth their weight in gold! Ray is worth his weight in gold! The best example of a real mechanic I have seen in more than 10 years. Had a wonderful experience with these guys! Was having serious car troubles and pulled off the highway to R & M at the end of the day, Rey took us in, even drove us into town, and replaced our fuel pump quite fast!!!
