I have a 2015 Chevy Cruze in whom I named Dragonfly. For the last few months Dragonfly was experiencing discomfort from her front end flex pipe. Me not knowing what was causing her check engine light to come on or loud noises from her engine, hissing when I stepped on the gas pedal made me anxious for her to see a reputable car technician. Some strangers recognized her sound and recommend Radd Automotive. I don't know why I felt so comfortable with their recommendation so I followed through. Dragonfly was treated with the utmost respect. Her condition was quickly diagnosed and the treatment to resolve her problems was handled in a timely and a professional manner. Recently moved here and one of the toughest things about moving is finding a solid mechanic. I am so thankful I found Rich and the folks at RADD. They are both professional and accessible and have an easy car-side manor. I never felt pressured into anything - just "here's what we think is wrong" and "what would you like to do." My old Subaru is practically brand new now and I feel like I paid a fair price - and, icing on the cake, I have someone here I can trust with my cars.

RADD is absolutely amazing. I went to my original mechanic and was told the part I needed was $1,300 before installation and was on a 6 week backorder from RAM. I came to RADD for a second opinion and he was able to get me everything within a week and saw the original evaluation was wrong. Everything was fixed and less than $1,000 for everything fully installed. My truck is still running smooth a month later. Can’t say enough good things.

Just moved into the area and needed to find a mechanic. Went to Radd because of the good reviews. Happy to say that they lived up to their excellent reviews. They couldn't be nicer, more helpful, or more knowledgeable, and having Saturday hours was a blessing. They took my car in right on time. The work was done quickly and professionally. They will be my go-to from now on. Second visit, car window was giving me trouble. Took me right away and even though they had a full schedule, they looked at my car and fixed it. To have good and honest mechanics (and very kind as well) is a true blessing! Third visit: had real issues with my car that needed immediate service. Called Radd, once again- kind, helpful, knowledgeable and took my car right away. Car runs like a dream.

Just picked up my truck from Radd auto couldn’t be more satisfied!! Rich and his crew did a amazing job truck has 76,000 miles it was swaying dangerously all over the road.. rich diagnosed the problem right away fixed my rear suspension at a very reasonable rate and didn’t over sell me on anything truck drives like it just came off the show room floor!!! Came in here a few months back for some exhaust work and everything has held up great. These are honest people who do honest work. Saved me $900 on a catalytic converter that another shop tried to tell me needed replacing, but that really just needed a good cleaning. Will definitely return for maintenance in the future.

Brought my truck to Radd Automotive for a leak in air conditioning. So far I’ve had to leave it there 6 times and spent over $1500. They keep telling me something else was wrong and changing parts. Air conditioning STILL DOES NOT WORK!!! Not sure if they’re crooks or incompetent but don’t bring your vehicle there!! As a veteran I will also be reporting Radd to the VA and American Legion to try to help others that served our country to not get ripped off by them!!

I and the 25 year old minivan I was driving barely made it to Radd Automotive on the Saturday after Christmas. They were very busy and were supposed to close at 1PM, but they took mercy on me and saved my hide. The first thing I noticed about the establishment is just how clean and neat it is. Is impeccable and very welcoming. Katie behind the desk was very friendly and courteous. The owner came out to talk to me personally, and he did everything he could to take care of my situation. They managed to squeeze me and get the minivan running smoothly again. I intend to return for routine care, and I would whole-heartedly recommend Radd to anyone for their mechanic needs!

I can't thank RADD enough for another amazing experience today. They quickly surveyed my son's bolt in a tire. Mavis tire said he needed a new tire for $280. RADD plugged the tire in 20 minutes and literally cost $22.00. Honest, skilled, pleasant, great shop from the owner, mechanics and office staff :)

This is the only car service business that I feel truly comfortable with. We have been here a few times and they are so honest. I took my car in for an issue that they discovered should have been covered by the dealership so they didn't charge me to do the work, they told me to go back to where I had the original work done. I wasn't sure what the problem was but they identified it and advised me on what to do. There are no surprises, if Radd tells me there is an issue, I believe them. Great service, great people and a business that has proven to our family that they are honest and reliable!

They advertised a porsche 911 that was "100% perfect." Damon swore up and down that there was no problems with the engine and the car had been checked 100% at their shop, even threw in a free state inspection. The day after I drove it home the check engine light came on for low catalyst efficiency. Damon acknowledged that he had reset the check engine light before selling it and never disclosed it. I took the engine to get checked and the engine has bore scoring that makes it burn oil and produces "low catalyst efficiency" due to clogged catalyst converter. Basically needs a new engine and they knew it. Buyer beware, these guys are your typical chop shop and car mill. They lie and steal.

The customers safety, coupled with Rich's integrity, means he will always have my and my family's business. I bring my new and old cars here because he specializes in all.
