Took 4 Runner to Red label Garage in Vacaville to get rough country lift kit installed that I bought when After I left every bump I hit there’s a rattling in the front end and when I crawl under to take a look, I noticed all my front end bushings are worn out and they never said anything about it I would steer clear of this place

Sooo if no stars are possible I would , my son has had several thousands of dollars of work. He ended up taking his truck to a different shop just to find out parts they put in where put in backwards which caused more damage . It is so bad the new shop was willing to provide proof of wrong doing . Save your self the headache go elsewhere

These guys are the best. I had a weird problem with my LLY Duramax with 70k. Couldn't figure it out. Finally went to dealership. Many dollars later, better but no fix. Talked to Cody for about 10 min. Came home and tried what he said. Worked like a charm. They will get any work I can't do myself from now on.

Brought my truck to Red Label auto & diesel for a suspension noise and a general check-up. They diagnosed bad wheel hubs and a failing alternator. I approved both repairs, but days later they called saying they didn’t replace the alternator and now believed the issue was electrical, something they said I’d need another shop to handle. When I arrived to pick up the truck (after paying in full), it was completely dead and needed a tow, something they never warned me about. On top of that, one wheel spacer stud was broken off, and they replaced my lug nuts on two wheels with mismatched ones. None of this was disclosed. Now I’m left covering the cost of towing, a new spacer, matching lug nuts, and more diagnostics. They didn’t maintain the battery, didn’t communicate damage, and clearly didn’t prioritize the condition of the truck or the customer. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.

I stopped by to see if it was safe to drive, and within five minutes, they had checked the codes and assured me it was just an EVAP leak. I was back on the road almost immediately. CP3 Conversion I currently own a 2015 Chevy Duramax and was getting tired of worrying about CP 4 pump failure. I am usually a preventative maintenance kind of guy. I reached out to Red Label Automotive and spoke with Cody. Explain my situation that I wanted to do some preventative maintenance and have the CP three conversion kit done on my Duramax.. From the very first conversation I had with Cody I knew this was the shop to use. Immediately scheduled my truck gave a deposit and dropped it off. They handled their business. Did an awesome job. Got my truck back runs great thank you guys. Will use them all the time in the future for any repairs. I live about 40 minutes away. It was definitely worth the travel. Oh, I also own a motocross Goggle brand @mxxpert and @mxfails on Instagram. Turns out all these guys ride dirt bikes, thank you, Cody for purchasing a pair of our Goggles,.
