Took my car was having starting issues, I was told the spark plugs that had just been put in were cheap and that it was going to be $245 total to replace...paid for service 2 days later my car wouldn't start when i called to see what the problem was I was told because it can't be driven (they said my ball joints) they can't tell me why it won't start...I found that to be ludacris and the sad part i was referred by my brother

Top notch. This is the place the other Jeep places in town bring their Jeeps to. You could start with one of them and end up here after something breaks, or you could just go here. Lifts, regear, engine work, they wonโt let your Jeep hit the road or trails until theyโd drive it with their kids or grandkids in it. Itโll drive straight, true and trail like a monster.

Last summer I lifted my Jeep and couldn't find any shop that would touch my adjustable front end parts (track bar, upper and lower control arms, sway bar links) and I also needed new front axle seals. After being recommended by a few local Jeepers I took my Jeep to Reed's and they adjusted everything perfectly. I also just had them diagnose and fix a death wobble that I was struggling with for months. They showed me exactly what was wrong on the hoist and they installed a 1 ton steering kit with a remanufactured gear box and welded an upgraded track bar mount to the front axle, the death wobble is gone and my steering is tighter than it's been since I owned the Jeep. I will definitely be going back for any work I need done in the future.

Great work! A straight shooter mechanic. Stands by their work! If my wife would learn how not to break her car all the time I would not need Reed Automotive. But here we are, I need Reed Automotive. Gets your vehicle In and out as soon as possible. Great rates! I would give them a high five, greasy fingers in all.

Awesome mechanic, trustworthy, efficient, and great prices. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fast, honest, and cheap mechanic. Worked on two of my vehicles so far, Toyota Tundra and Honda Odyssey. Thank you!!

Brought girlfriends jeep in due to a strange noise and was told that she needed a full front end rebuild. $1200 and 2 days later, the noise began again. Upon taking it back, we were told that it was a wheel bearing that wasn't included in the front end rebuild. We took it to another mechanic for new tires and was told and Shown that the bearings were fine and wasnt the issue, but needed 2 new ball joints instead. So, not sure what this front end rebuild actually included besides control arms. On top of this, Reeds did not torque down the lugs on the driver side tire and the tire was close to falling off and the source of the noise, that could of easily caused some tragic results! When confronted, they denied any wrong doing and called the tire mechanic we were at talking trash about my girlfriend as if she was in the wrong. By the retorts to negative comments I've seen here, I'm not sure about their maturity levels or mechanic skills. I will be sharing this experience with every jeep group in hopes that they find a better and more trust worthy mechanic than Reeds.

Spent over $1000 after bringing my jeep in for front end noise. Less than a week later still having front end noise. Initially told that there was no noise by the mechanic, who later said that my one wheel bearing is bad. After taking the jeep elsewhere I am told my upper ball joints on both sides are bad but wheel bearings are fine. Was also told that my one rim was not torqued down and has been moving around since it was serviced. Brought this concern to the owner who told me "we fixed the things that were broken" but did not offer any further assistance aside from looking at the vehicle to see what else may be wrong for the 3rd time. Obviously it is not fixed as it's been less than 3 weeks and still having horrible noises and problems in the front end. Disappointed because this company was recommended by a jeep group I'm in and they are not proving to be the best choice if you truly want your vehicle fixed.

Great shop! Great mechanics....I've yet to leave there unhappy with the quality of work I've received and have been impressed multiple times by their professionalism and honesty! I've had my Jeep a couple other places and will now and forever be bringing her to Reed's! If you don't believe me just look at the dedicated following they have...It's like a cult!๐

The team at Reed's have gone above and beyond over the course of the last year in helping me get my '87 Jeep in the best shape it's been since I've owned it. It now drives like it did when it left the showroom floor. They have always given me multiple price and quality options so I can make an informed decision. Wouldn't trust my truck to anyone else.
