Where to start with all the scams this guy and few others do in Memphis, TN. I had a truck break down few miles away from this, shop. Called the shop got Larry on the phone he said he would send some body out to come and check it out. He said he didn't have any one but, he would send a guy he works with(Tony) to come out. The mechanic arrived quick no issues there. He scanned the truck with his lap top and decided it was a bad ECU, on the transmission. And that I need to get it towed to Larry's shop so, they can proceed to work on in the morning as it was late. I called the tow truck and we go the, truck towed but, the tow driver could not put the truck into shop parking as it was crowded and no way to turn around. The mechanic(Tony) was there waiting on us at the yard he said, to park the truck on a side street that they would work on it from there. The tow guy put the truck on a side street and went about his business. Next, day(Tony), said he was at a salvage yard looking for the ECU, that was around 9am. As i waited I would text and call to see when he would arrive so we can get the truck rolling. But, once Tony got the part it was raining to heavy for him to do any work that day. So, another day noting resolved. Next day he showed up around 2pm in the afternoon came and went under my truck didn't say noting to me then he knocked on my door finally I seen him said he got a used ECU($1100.00), from a junkyard and that he put it in and was about to run software on his laptop to code it. After many attempts the truck was still having the same issues noting resolved. Tony proceeded to tell me that he put a ECU, in but now its a bad transmission harness($300.00). I said okay can called around and located the harness near by as his mechanic went to pick it up. Tony was checking all the wires and fuses but, no luck truck was doing the same thing. His mechanic came back with the harness and he went under the truck to put it in. He put it in and the truck was still doing the same thing. No change, Tony then proceeded to tell me that I no have a bad ECA, Electric Clutch Actuator. He said he can locate the part and would install it if i chose to do so. I refused the repair. Got the truck towed back home and my local mechanic is working on it come to find, out that the ECU, was never touched still my trucks original ecu. Tony and Larry are both big time scammers working together with a junkyard that make fake bill of sales. And charging people money for parts that they never replaced or touched. Larry works and owns Rescue Repair service and he works with Tony that works for A Plus Truck repair. And they both work with a salvage yard Don Ricks Used Truck Parts out of Johnsboro, AR that's in on scams. Wasted, 3 days and over 5k in, tow bills parts etc. And noting was resolved. So, big rig guys be carful when calling this company as they will, scam you take your money and not care about it all. Also, another older gentlemen works with Tony, his name is Anthony he wears a shop uniform that says Mahogany truck repair. Also, their associate and scammer. Called earlier yesterday on a Sunday not many people want to work or over charge you but the owner showed up and got be back on the road in under a hour. He was very knowledgeable about the industry and sharing information to us to help out business. I try to stay away from major shops or tire care center like Loves Or Ta they make you wait all day use this shop if you’re anywhere in Memphis area they are quick and they work hard to get u on the road.

I HIGHLY recommend this shop for any truckers. Just blown away by how honest Larry and Tony were. Got a brake chamber replaced along with some other minors jobs. For the necessary part, I was given the shop price and even the original price for comparison. They gave me tips and pointers on how to maintain my truck. Great conversation and overall a VERY pleasant experience. Will definitely be coming back again. If ur looking for a truck shop in the Memphis Area, look no further :)

Rescue is the exact math for this business...no tire place is open on Sunday and everywhere else it's a 4 to 5 hr wait...with me still having 600mi left for delivery and an 7am next day appointment time they really did rescue a day broken from post trip Saturday night.....when I called they picked up on the first ring..very courteous hospitable and professional.....they changed the tire in 15min then the mud flap

If you are low on budget, just don't even call these ppl, it does not worth. They charged almost $500 just for changing hose connector to drain valve, this thing does not even take 15 minutes, but these guys charged me $260 (2 hours) and $130 for labor

On 05/13 there was a police chase in West Memphis. Unfortunately the fleeing person plowed into our Semi taking out the driver side tire , rim, and battery box/step. This happened right at exit 280 where Loves Petro and Goodyear are located. I called Loves was told they would b out in 3 hours. 5 hours later they never showed up and when I called back I was then informed they were closed. Petro the same thing. Goodyear simply told me they didn’t feel like coming out. I called Rescue Repair. Mr Larry picked up on the first ring. Gave me all the pricing told me he would be here within the hour. Called again to check on us. Got the work done in less than 30 mins. We cannot thank him enough for everything. Men and businesses like him are hard to come by in today’s world. This shop is a scammer,we replaced a radiator on truck and after 2 months was broke, was told by Lary to bring the radiator back and will reimburse for the part but not for the labor. After my driver brought the radiator to his shop he changed his mind and ignored our emails and calls. This is a liar shop, be aware about this guy: Lary
