Sarah was so incredibly informative, kind, and kept me updated with a very open line of communication throughout the whole process. She made me feel at ease and like my car was of the upmost importance. I was also offered a concierge service to work and speedy service. Very positive experience compared to my last!

Samantha Kirby is outstanding!! Knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. This was a much better experience than last year when I paid $185 to diagnose parasitic battery drain. Jerry Simmons told me to pull a fuse for the entertainment complex and see if it helps. I went home and did that but it didn’t solve it. He would not return my calls. I got tired of calling and gave up. To this day I still have the problem and have to make sure the suburban is cranked up at least every 4 days or put it on my charger. He was horrible. Worst service adviser in my 8 years of experience. Samantha Kirby rocks!! The seized caliper job was done promptly as she helped to expedite the repair knowing I had a long trip coming. Give her a raise.

Had a rotational grind in my brand new 2025 Silverado. Hendricks took just shy of a month to diagnose and repair. Had to constantly call to get updates. When I got the truck back the truck was filthy and the mechanic left grease in the drivers seat and a grease smears on the headliner. I based on my experience I will never recommend Hendricks Chevrolet in Charleston. Only reason I gave it a great price is the issue was under warranty. Only had just a hair over 500 miles which when I got the vehicle it had over 250 miles on it.

I completed the survey as requested, This was the third time I had taken my vehicle into the Dealership, for them to find the problem. I also took the vehicle to two auto center to run a test on the Battery, Starter, and Alternator. The result were the same as the dealership. On this third time, a hafe a day later. with a very costly bill, It starts as it did, when I first drove it off the lot.

Usually I have a good experience but this past service visit was quite disappointing. No status was ever voluntarily given and I had to ask for updates. Despite being promised the job would be done in a few hours on day 1, and then "only an hour or two to go" on day 2, when I came in on day 3 they still hadn't even started one of the requested repairs. I took it home and did it myself in about 2 hours (time that I would have paid to save because I had other things to do).

Check in was easy and the service rep was nice. Waiting 2.5 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation was ridiculous. If I didn’t have the maintenance plan, I wouldn’t go back. There’s coffee and a water fountain but you need to pay for any snacks, the waiting room is freezing, and the wifi is spotty.
