We had an awesome experience with the purchase of our son’s surprise car. Robert Fields made the experience smooth. We told him what we wanted, and they didn’t have it on the lot but he found it and had it there the next day. We went with a check to make the purchase, but the finance team was able to get us financed with a lower interest rate which made it even better. The finance team moved swiftly with the deal and we were done quickly. Since this was a surprise our salesman Robert delivered the car to the party successfully! We would purchase with him again! Come to Hendrick of Goose Creek to buy an $85,000 truck and leave with a massive headache! I had an F-250 diesel that never gave me trouble. One day the check engine light came on — I didn’t like it, so I traded it for a RAM 3500. That’s when the nightmare began. Along with the truck came a Christmas tree dashboard — all lights on, sensors failing, no brakes or steering. At 60 mph the truck shuts off and the steering locks up. The customer service is terrible. You take the truck in for repairs and end up having to rent a car yourself, because they don’t provide a loaner, even when it’s clearly their fault. This is already the second time it happens! Now I’m taking the case to court to see if I can finally get a vehicle that actually works. Hendrick of Goose Creek = total disappointment. 🤮

John Crowther and the financing team got me out of a bad spot and really helped me with financing my new gladiator Mojave. Looking back I should've bought new first-time. I previously bought a used jeep here and hated the experience despite loving the vehicle. After the used car went downhill fast I needed to get out of something falling apart at the seams and into something more reliable. Currently loving my new vehicle, and can say they have officially won me back as a customer. I would buy another vehicle here, but only new. Fair warning, the used buying process is night and day, getting a 1 star review vs the 5 star for the new sale. Buy new, and talk to John. Do it right the first time.
