Very professional. A bit longer wait than expected, but work was complete. Waiting area was very hospitable and quiet.

I was told over the phone that my brake booster would be covered. I have a 2017 Chevrolet Malibu. When I arrived at the service department they stated that I would have to pay to fix my brake booster.

Took truck to get engine replaced and a year later it needs to be replaced. Also took my brand new battery out and replaced it with an old one ..never again...do not take a vehicle with major issues you will regret it

Absolutely the worst customer service that I've ever experienced. They screw up your vehicle and then act so nonchalant about fixing a problem they created.

Zeke is awesome to work with. He is such a nice, knowledgeable young man. He let me ramble, figuring out which Traverse I wanted. There was absolutely no pressure, and it's a wonderful handling car. Crews Chevrolet is my new car dealer, and Zeke is my new friend.

Took car in for diagnostics and they replaced solonoids as well as front brake pads and machine rotors. Work was done same day, but decided to have shuttle service next morning as we don't drive in Charleston rush hour traffic. Crews took real good care of our Equinox as well as us! Thank you Ansley for getting the ball rolling!!!

My wife drove thru flood waters and our car died! Potentially the problem could be severe. I called AAA to have my car towed. They offered to tow it for free to the AAA garage and give me a 10% discount on repairs. But I was willing to pay the $72 towing fee to Crews Chevrolet because you cannot put a value on TRUST. I knew whatever the problem was, it would be fixed right, and the first time! It was!!! Communication was awesome and when the car was repaired Crews kindly sent a shuttle and the driver was wearing a mask! Thank you Crews! I have a friend in the car business, and I TRUST Crews Chevrolet! Curt N.

I got new wheels for my C7 Corvette. They were damaged by a large edge of the road left after the old pavement was ground away Keith Sprouse (Parts) did a great job getting new factory replacements. He also arranged for me to take the new wheels home so I could ceramic coat them and then return to the store. Mike Oldham (Service) also did a great job. He got me an appointment for a fast replacement and alignment and took care to listen to and address my concerns. Crews has an exceptional team.

DO NOT GET TIRES HERE! I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for my vehicle to get 4 tires changed. I've been getting my oil changed here for years, never any issues with that, other than a faulty oil filter last year that let all of the oil leak out. Tires on the other hand, not the place to be. No explanation on the long wait time either. Just a "were working on it."

I refused to come here, because last time I ended up spending over $300 more for a repair than I was told, and was also told that they may not have the part needed. (This was a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT specifically for what I needed.) I went on a whim praying they could squeeze me in for a last minute oil change. They got it immediately, and above all, whoever hired Sarah (Walters), THANK YOU! She is an angel and the reason I’ll come back again. Her customer service game is amazing, and she’s extremely efficient. Was a complete breath of fresh air compared to my last experience.

Had truck towed after engine misfire as didnt want to risk breaking down in Charleston traffic in summer heat. Took way longer than anticipated to have initial diagnostics ran but once diagnosis complete actual completed repairs were timely enough. There was a recall out so just had everything done here for convenience. Did some basic research on parts and labor costs and price paid was reasonable in comparison. Would have spent more if had recall item serviced and gone elsewhere to have needed repairs done. Not to mention truck would have been in shop longer and logistics would have been a pain to workout. Second time had services/repairs done here and would use again.

They fixed one problem and then unscrewed my airvents - tried to charge me to fix it. I almost died because of them because I couldn't afford their price to screw it back in & it dangled under my car and stalled me out in the road. This place is a scam. They will literally create problems with your car to make money off of you. Only go if it's your absolute last resort for fixing your car & go with someone who KNOWS cars so they can yell at these guys for inevitably messing up your car more.

I don't know why I was expecting to have a different experience! Do NOT buy a vehicle from here or take one for service! I've had many issues with this company from the start, even when I bought my vehicle. I figured I'd give them yet another chance. I ONLY wanted a simple oil change, alignment, and rear wiper blade. From start to finish, the experience was a mess! I made my appointment online. Several people called me to confirm my appointment. Each person had a different appointment time down for me. Day of appointment, I pulled into the service lane, plenty of people standing around, but no one greeted me. I walked into the express service/advisor area, and the only service advisor was already working with someone, so I waited. As I was waiting, another person showed up for their appointment. The Advisor, Jon, greeted him and told him he'd be right with him. He then asked my name, said ok great, I've got you checked in and told me to sit in the waiting area, without even looking at the computer or confirming anything. He didn't confirm my services, so I started asking, and he said he got them. (Nice to be blown off, ok!) Now, sitting in the waiting area, I received a text with a link to follow my vehicles status. Then, another text from my advisor Jon that read, "Hi Jennifer, if you need anything throughout your service visit, please reply to this text. -Jon, your service advisor with Crews Chevrolet.". An hour into waiting, the status of my vehicle hadn't changed, and it still said waiting. So, I texted my advisor as prompted. Well, the link apparently never gets used by them, and the advisor never responded. I waited 3 hours for my service! There was NO multi point inspection, no document of my tire tread depth or a measurement of my brakes. They didn't even wash my vehicle! I had no communication from my advisor. I'm rather irritated. I chose to take another chance with this place, chose to pay their dealership prices, and they couldn't even deliver on a quality experience! Don't be like me and give them another chance, take your business elsewhere!!!

Took my Tahoe in to have the AC looked because the AC wasn’t cooling properly. They did a bandaid fix since the warranty was soon to expire. My AC wasn’t cooling again so I took it back to Crews and this time they had to order a part. I took it in and a week later, I went to pick it up and it was a total mess. I went to clean it and and notice there was dings and scratches on the driver and passenger doors. I took it back to Crews and that did an estimate for repairs. They scheduled the date for me to drop of my vehicle and I requested a loaner car. One week later, I dropped off my Tahoe and they had no loaner which inconvenienced me once again. Chris Harman and the Service Manager, Max have yet to call me and this is almost a week later. I’ve owned 6 Chevrolets and this is the worse experience I have ever had. I will NEVER do business with this dealership ever again.

I brought my Tahoe to Crews Chevrolet at 9 AM for what should have been simple and routine maintenance: a tire rotation, oil change, and brake replacement. Here I am, seven hours later, and my vehicle is still not ready! Seriously, how long does it take to complete such basic services? This level of inefficiency is absolutely ridiculous. Jon in the service department has been nothing but unhelpful and dismissive throughout this entire ordeal. There’s no sense of urgency, no clear communication, and no respect for my time. I expected far better from a dealership with this kind of reputation. By far, this is the worst place I’ve ever been to for vehicle maintenance. The lack of professionalism and customer care is staggering. If you value your time and sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid Crews Chevrolet at all costs. I certainly won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We recently purchased a vehicle and need to come in to receive our second key. We were originally scheduled for an appointment, but had to cancel because we were never informed of the date or time and already had another commitment. When I called to reschedule, the representative on the phone was very pushy and insisted it would be best to drop the car off since it could take 1–4 hours. I explained that I have an infant and cannot wait that long or simply leave the vehicle, and that my husband and I would need to coordinate a time. Her response was, “Well, I don’t have a technician waiting back there with a wrench for you,” which was extremely unprofessional. She later called again to schedule, and the only time that worked for us this week was Friday afternoon. She replied, “I have 2:00, but since you’re coming in so late, we can’t guarantee you’ll even get your car back the same day.” It felt as though everything had to be on their terms rather than working with us to find a reasonable solution. She also continuously interrupted while I was speaking and could definitely benefit from customer service training. Overall, the experience so far with the service department has been frustrating and far from what we expected.

My Chevy Cruze was working perfectly fine until I unexpectedly had to drive through flooded waters. The next day my car was making loud noises upon starting. I called my insurance and submitted a flood claim, as that is the only possible thing it could be! The vehicle was towed to Crews Chevy based off the suggestion of insurance and the close location. The dealership told my insurance that it was not flood damage. My agent said I could do a deeper diagnostic and I opted to do so. The dealership comes back saying not flood damage. I spoke to the dealership and asked what tests were ran. The shop stated "my mechanic put it on the rack and it did not appear to have flood damage." So I reiterated what diagnostic test was done and they reiterated the same statement to me about 2 more times. I said "I want to be clear, you're referencing APPEARANCE only and no testing?" And she said "what tests should we have done?" I tell her a simple Google search tells you flood damage is not visible and different tests available. She said it's my steering rack - which power steering can be effected by flood damage! She mentioned I had zip ties under the vehicle (which I did because my fender liner was hanging, which has nothing to do with anythin related to her point, as she was being argumentative for being called out on her job.) She also mentioned my battery keeps dying (which could also be an effect of flood damage!). So she tells me I can pay $160 for the diagnostic and tow the vehicle or pay almost $3500 to replace/ repair the steering rack. I told my insurance (Progressive) that I don't feel Crews Chevy did adequate testing based off of their admitted response to me and they sided with the shop, stating I could take it elsewhere. (I have now found other insurance due to this.) I would NOT recommend Crews Chevy for service!! (Additionally, I found out after this, I have an acquaintance who works there that says the service department gets non stop complaint calls.) Added a TikTok video of someone that went through the same flooded area later that day - look how high it was on an SUV compared to a low sitting car.
