Very genuine and friendly. I had multiple people check my car and didn’t know what was going on but I took it here and they got it done and fixed in less than an hour! I came in again 2 months later with a different vehicle and they were one of the only people willing to do a repair on the weird exhaust issue I had, they fixed it great and I really appreciated them being so available to squeeze me in their day!

Jesse and Matt are the epitome of great service. They replaced the catalytic converter in my Volvo. The kit was missing a gasket and a bolt, and they still sourced it together and had it done within the day before closing. I Would highly recommend Rick's Muffler to any one needing exhaust work . It was 200 cheaper than everywhere else I had priced !

Was recommended by a few people to use this shop for a custom exhaust. These guys killed it. My exhaust turned out great and sounds amazing. They were great at asking questions to get exactly what I wanted. The mechanic even brought me out to the lift my car was on to see what tip I wanted and how I wanted it positioned.

Came to get my exhaust inspected for rattling and to get my catalytic converters replaced in my '97 Cobra. Jesse provided excellent service and did a wonderful repair + replacement job. He even took the time to show and explain everything, fully resolved the rattling, and only took about an hour. Pricing was also very reasonable (considering cats are a pretty expensive replacement). The front staff was also great to work with. Highly recommend Rick's Muffler for quality customer and vehicle services, 10/10.

Jesse and his guys did an amazing job with the custom exhaust on my Titan. His price on the Magnaflow muffler was the same as what I would have paid if I'd ordered it online and the overall cost was much less than a bolt-on exhaust system. Rick's Muffler did a terrific job. I took my Camaro in to have a MBRP performance exhaust installed, replacing my stock exhaust. The tech doing the install was meticulous, checking and re-checking clearances and gaps over and over as he tightened everything, making sure that it was perfect. And the end result is that it was perfect. I was so impressed that I tipped the installer, and I have NEVER before tipped anyone that has worked on my car. That should tell you something. Rick is fair and honest with his pricing. If you are looking for a good place to take your car, this is it. I cant emphasize how impressed I was with the entire experience, and everyone was friendly and professional from the guys doing the install to the people at the front desk. These guys have it going on!
