Not like other shops, they are fast, trustworthy, and reliable. They worked very fast on getting my car fixed and informed me about the process. Representative was very informative . I did not have the privilege of receiving service from this company due to the fact that a friend came through and towed us back to our city. But on a Saturday morning Rigos was the only reasonable service responding to our desperate needs. The lady that I talked with was very nice and respectful, and the response time was immediately. I knew talking with the lady the we were in good hands. All the mobile mechanics did not answer and the two other tow companies I called, (Parker towing and accurate towing) Parker towing was to expensive and accurate towing was not reasonable at all, actually I feel accurate towing conspired with AAA to screw me out of my service in my desperate need, this leading to me being stranded with my family in another city. Thanks again Rigios for your attempted help. I highly recommend this company.

Rigo is the MAN! He came through when I was in a spot and kept me on the road. I am a mobile sales person and when my transmission went out @ 6PM in Yuma I was stuck 150 miles away from my home. I called Rigo and he answered right away and came into his shop. He was spending evening time w/ his family but still made it in ASAP. He spent some time diligently diagnosing my car and found I needed a new transmission. Car made it to 220K miles so it was the right call. Rigo loaned me a car @ no cost and let me get back on the road to go home. He got the part, did a great job replacing it and kept me updated along the way. He had someone drive the car 150+ miles back to me(for a reasonable price) and made the whole thing seamless. Thanks Rigo! 10/10 recommend!

It's great when you find a truly honest mechanic! I highly recommend Rigo! I had an expensive repair on my F350 diesel at a dealership 4 weeks ago and then another leak appeared. I took the truck back to them and I was told I needed to replace the water pump. They quoted me nearly $1,200. I told them to hold off I had to think about it, and I called Rigo's to see what he would do the repair for. He felt he could do it for much less but importantly, recommended a second opinion whether it was with him or someone else. I told him his price was good and I would bring the truck to him. He called me later in the day and said there was no leak and that the water pump looked new. The only thing we could figure out was that the dealership actually installed the new one expecting me to okay the repair. When I turn the repair down they didn't mention it at all... I imagine they felt embarrassed that they went ahead without my permission. Rigo tested it overnight and again the next morning found that it was definitely okay. There are people out there that would have taken advantage of me and charged me and not put in the new water pump. Not Rigo. I'm very impressed with him and if I lived in Yuma full-time he would be my go-to.

Mr. Rigo was kind enough to dismantle my vehicle, tell me 1 screw is missing, then run away, with my cash without telling me which 1. Good luck. For half the price, his competition fixed everything and agreed Rigo is not worth 1 screw.

On my way from LA to Phoenix, my wheel came off while driving near Yuma, and I was in a tough situation. Rigo's did an amazing job fixing my wheel hubs. The owner responded to my review and slandered me for commenting that I’m a widow of a veteran, that I’m looking for sympathy. Far from that I mentioned it because I believed that veterans hold themselves to a higher standard. Rico’s had no issues spending money in my name so saying he never dealt with me isn’t exactly true. I’ve yet to receive any receipts from Rico’s for the money I spent, thank God for my credit card statements. I see here the owner identifies as a veteran, I’m the widow of a veteran. My late husband served in desert storm so this is how you treat veterans wives. That was my rant! Had our Beetle ( my fiancé and I ) over 3 months my fiancé kept asking for it back and being told another week and another week, finally had to threaten to sue and finally we’re able to get the car back took it to a reputable repair shop only to find out that all the parts that I had paid for that have been put on the car were destroyed, and the car is no longer of any use the car is now no good. I see why they kept putting us off to give back the car, it was trashed! I wouldn’t take my Bicycle to this place. The owner has the nerve now to laugh and say oh the car is a piece of junk. Well yeah it’s a piece of junk because you have made it a piece of junk. Over 4500.00 so far this has ended up costing us not to mention the fact that we had to go out and buy a different car to replace the one Rico’s messed up. As you can see by reading Rico’s responses to his reviews he blames the customer rather than taking responsibility for his own mistakes.

Took car in 9/22/2025 because all my warning lights came on my 2011 Subaru Legacy. They said a new battery was needed. Charged me $399. I left and within minutes all lights came back on. This time they actually did the diagnostic test and said a main body valve needed to be replaced. They claimed to have ordered the part. Im still waiting! Lol not really. Took the car to Precision and Chris took care of the problem. I truly regret ever choosing them. And Eloisa in the front office is useless. **You NEVER explained anything to me!! I called several times asking about the status of the part. Either Eloisa is lying about trying to call me or there was never an order submitted. I noticed you have a pattern of blaming the CUSTOMER instead of taking accountability for your poor operation. Such a disgrace.

Great experience. I was referred over by Mike at Alexander towing, when my 2017 GMC acadia broke down. I'm new to Yuma, so very stressful. I filled out a service request online Sunday night and got a call first thing Monday morning from receptionist (very nice lady). They had my car towed to shop FOR FREE, that was awesome, never had that service provided before (I always go through insurance) so very good 1st impression and quality customer service from the start. They diagnosed my car, minor issue (starter) same day, they were flexible with me purchasing the part to safe some money. The shop waited a couple days without being charged a storage fee but the part got delayed and this is a business only so much they can do. So I decided to take an addition hit in my pocket, but worth it in the long run, lifetime warranty on the starter vs. 1 year (part I purchased). Rigos had my car done in an hour from when I gave them the green light. Overall very satisfied, excellent customer service, responsive, attentive and very, VERY professional, highly recommend. They are affordable and worth every $ for that piece of mind, they also have financing options (big plus). Thank you Rigo's, you've earned a customer!

I am the treasurer of the American Legion Riders Chapter 19 (ALR-19) in Yuma, AZ. We learned about a disabled female veteran who needed to go to Phoenix on a regular basis to take care of medical issues for her son. She needed reliable transportation. ALR-19 put out the word to all of the ALR Chapters in Arizona, and we raised $7000 for the cause. I went to Rigo's on a recommendation from a friend. I spoke with Elli, and she showed us a vehicle for sale. It was priced at $9,000.00. I explained that I only had $7,000. She told me she would call me in an hour to see what could be done. Bottom line, she was able to sell us the car for $7,000. It is a very clean 2016 Chevy Cruz. On behalf of ALR-19, and the Veteran, I can say that we are very happy and appreciative of how well we were treated, and the outcome. I would go back and do business here in a heartbeat! I am forever Greatful!! I was stranded in Yuma with my 2 Grandsons......The entire experience was a Blessings from God..... Starting with Mike the Tow truck Driver. Rigo,s Auto got my car right in and assured me if they could not fix it right away they had rentals I could use. The waiting room was awesome with Neflex to take our minds off the situation. After all is said and done I am very satisfied with Rigo’s professionalism. I am not new to what needs to be done in a mechanic shop as I myself was a mechanic for many years but lack of tools with me or a place to work I was forced to take it to a shop. Last year just to back up a bit I was charged $4000 from a dealer in Yuma for front end work and a blower motor for heat/AC and by the way works intermittently, also rear calipers and pads were to be changed. Shop called me and told me they could not get calipers off and that they even had a certified mechanic try it ( What ) long story short I took it home 1 to 2 hrs later I had them changed. All of this left me skeptical about any shop so I did go to Rigo’s shop with skepticism about getting taken for a ride. Not to be, i sincerely apologize for my impatience. My pickup is working fine, fair pricing in today’s world. Thank you for a professional job well done. By the way this wasn’t a quick fix as it needed ring and pinion and all the bearings.

What I liked about Rigo’s Auto is that they not only handled the main repair, but also looked for other potential problems and offered solutions! My vehicle was finished in about 24 hours, which I appreciated. The price was higher than expected, but the work was solid and the convenience of being only 2 minutes from my home is a big plus. Overall, a reliable shop. The staff was friendly and kept me updated here and there. I’ll definitely be recommending them to others!
