Great, all-around mechanic. These guys work on my personal vehicles, as well as the commercial fleet vehicles from my employer. They have qualified techs, unlike most other places, and get down to the root of the issues instead of just changing parts. They also stand behind their work if you ever have an issue. Price is fair, and worth it! Anything from oil changes to transmissions and engines. They do get busy at times, but that is expected because they are good. Kudos to Dean, Mike, Dawn, and the whole team.

I've struggled to decide to review or not, but my phone call today confirmed that I need to. I brought my car in a few weeks ago knowing that there were issues. Initially, everyone was friendly, easy to work with, and seemed transparent (ETA: enough. Some issues dropping it off but the front desk lady was funny about and we left just fine). When it came for the "What's the damage?" call, we even worked out what could be ignored and what couldn't. Agreed to do repairs on the valve cover, battery leak issue, and an oil change. They mentioned issues with the AC (I knew this and waived it for now) and then something about my wipers. I knew that they worked before I drove in because I used them that morning. There was a stutter issue on the passenger side, but the driver was fine. When they bring up that the wipers are stuttering, I said I knew that and to waive for now. I'd get it tightened later. Go to pick my car up and the price I was quoted was not correct. Come to find out that when I asked "Is that full price for everything?" they did not tell me tax. I told the receptionist (very patient and kind lady) that I'll pay it, but I'm really not happy about a sudden $90 extra when I'd asked specifically about this. I'd borrowed to be able to get this done. A manager overheard, did some checking, and fixed the price. I appreciate it, and still appreciate that. No harsh words or yelling or anything happened. I grab my car, am happy that they recharged my AC (or did something idk), and it's driving just fine. AWESOME! Later that day, I go to use my wipers and now the driver side wiper outright doesn't work. It doesn't even make it halfway over. That's weird. Give them a call "Hey, it's me, I just grabbed my car today. My wipers aren't working and this morning they were" explain the whole knowing about passenger side but this isn't what I expected. They say they're going to check it out on the cameras and give me a call. They never call. A friend fixes my wipers and goes "Something's not right" but we don't dig into it. The car works, we're fine, I'm not going to blast someone for this. Move on. Few weeks later and yesterday I'm idling for longer than normal and my car stutters once, I get the battery flash warning, and the car shuts off. Electronics and such are working, but it shuts off. I get it started and get home safe but give them a call this morning. I'm frustrated because when I brought up concerns, I'm told "I remember this car. We didn't do anything {I brought up concerns calling them due to the wipers incident}, it's not the battery if the car started" things like that. Which is fine and fair. But why would I trust my car with a company that doesn't follow up? If you remembered my car, why not give me that call of "Listen we checked the cameras and no one touched the wipers (even though they said they check them? I'm confused about that)" if you didn't do anything. I'm not trying to be mean and I'm not trying to be a Karen. I'm just trying to have a functional, safe car for a long upcoming drive. Some of the staff seems great, but this is the second time I've gotten a guy on the phone who either downplays anything I'm saying or says that I can definitely come in and wait while they work on my car only to be told when I drop it off "Uh, no that's not going to work. Who told you that?" 3 stars because I am happy about some of the work, upset about some of it, and really feeling off about the disconnect of the front office staff.

Called Roger's to have them check out what I suspect is Parasitic draw on a 2019 WRX STI. First auto shop I have visited where scheduling an appointment actually mean just that. Brought car in day and time as asked and issue was investigated and taken care of on that same day! On top of that, no real issue was found, so they didn't charge. I know what a pain it is to run through all the circuits looking for draw, and would have at least expected some hourly rate for all electrical investigative work done. Definitely will be coming back for any other issues.

In January I brought my car to have the spark plugs changed. During a test drive by one of the mechanics, apparently my hood flew open and was now damaged. Dean called me to let me know what happened and asked if I wanted to come down and take a look at it. I let him know that was my only vehicle and I was unable to come to check it out. He said he would make it right. It took 3 weeks for them to find a hood from the junkyard, which is pictured below. The mirror also broke, some scuffs and paint peeling on the fender. I came to “visit” my car to get some things out of it and saw the hood they gave me. I was very upset. This was not how my car looked when I brought it in. Dean told me I was going to have to drive around like that. There was a 3 month wait at the body shop for painting. Dawn the receptionist let me know they would be in touch. Starting in April/May I began to call about the status of painting my hood. I called once a month each month. I ask to speak with Dean, and he is never available, nor does he call me back. There is no communication and clearly, they do not care and this is the hood they have left me with. From February to July, no one has reached out to me.

Brought car in for oil change. Called first and spoke to Dawn, she is Lightning! Courteous, funny and knowledgeable. Made an appointment. Brought my own oil and filter, because I am anal like that and they did the oil change. It was soo inexpensive-less than $20.00!! I can’t believe it. Marques took care of me and he was Fantastic! Will be bringing both cars here from now on. The customer service is old school AND great car care too! Win-Win. 🤓

Used Roger's for my 2012 Audi Q5 3.2L Premium Plus S-Line and I bought it in poor shape as a beater so didn't want to spend too much on it. Only issue I had was it threw a code for cyl 5 air fuel imbalance which online and on the OBD II software said "replace injector", they only decarbonized it and due to it running fine with the same code popping up a day later I didn't take it back until cyl 5 started misfiring months later. To their credit they honored the warranty and Roger's only charged me for the injector part. Dawn, the front office, customer facing manager is awesome! I never really interacted with the mechanics directly.

Honest, Nice& Reliable I highly recommend Roger’s Auto. I’ve taken my car here several times & know I’m not going to get ripped off! I had previously bought new tires at Pep Boys in Davie , which supposedly came w a lifetime free tire rotation. When I went there, they REFUSED to rotate them & lied to me saying I needed new tires. I walked out and called Roger’s. They set up an appointment, aligned, & rotated my tires, & I also got an oil change. All for under $300. No extra 3% for using a credit card. I highly recommend using them for all of your auto needs!

Anyone is fortunate to have been introduced to Roger's. Recently, was sent to Roger's by a trusted friend and I keep going back. Boy am I glad he did!! This is the kind of mechanic we all hope to find and don't often get. They are true professionals. Knowledgeable, polite, honest, fair and... generous. Last time I was in recently, Chris thru in a free tire rotation without even mentioning it just because he saw that "I needed it". I just noticed the rotation and inquired. And, how about that?
