If you want your car destroyed come here. So you can just go to another body shop to have the whole car redone because of improper work and welds. Might as well be a chop shop. Don’t ever come here they shouldn’t even be allowed to operate as a auto collision shop for insurance purposes.

Customer service is something this company nor location upholds as a standard or reflection of their business. I would never recommend this business to anyone to get any services or "repairs" done to their car(s). Tonya is the receptionist there I would like to say and her sense of responsibility, knowledge, and duty to rectify concerns are far from prompt or professional. Her attitude and behavior in reference to questions and concerns is enough to discourage me from setting foot or my car into that location. This place is a joke. If you'd like to save your sanity, money, and car, save yourself time and avoid this place. It's nowhere near a repair shop, more like a chop your car apart shop.

My recent experience with this Body Shop. I had a minor repair of my front bumper cover. I paid out of pocket, so no insurance was involved. After the repair was completed, i drove the car for about a week, and noticed the bumper cover was pulling out of place, in the same spot where it was damaged. I took it back to the shop, explained the situation. At first, they told me, no problem, would fix it quickly for me. As I sat the in lobby, I was then told, it appeared to the technician that I might have pulled back from a parking divider and caused damage. I disputed this. But I was told all I needed to do was tip the technician and it was fine. Until the greedy owner, decided that he wanted paid for $10 for "glue" that would be needed. Then, the owner decided that wasnt enough, rather than tip the technician, he wanted $20 for labor. At the end of the process, I was charged $40. The owner even commented that only 1/2 a can of glue was needed, so rather than charge me $10, they charged me the full amount of the can. So, in essence, rather than give good customer service, fix a "questionable" repair, rather than let his technician receive a $20 tip (which I was prepared to do), he got greedy and decided wanted paid for the labor himself. So at the end, the owner tells me,, "its better we part friends, than enemies, as you will want to come back if needed for any further repairs". To this I say, not in my lifetime. In response to your response, sorry, that didn't happen. YOu didnt drive the car, I did. There was nothing I came in contact with, and I measured any parking divider, it wasnt possible that happened. Not to mention, I stood there and listened you tell your assistant, the glue cost $20, and would only take a half a can, and you charged me for the FULL CAN. Not to mention, that at first, the repair was no charge, then, went to a tip for mechanic, TO YOUR BEING GREEDY AND RUDE. YOu intentionally, cheated your mechanic out of a tip, so you could take a SMALL PROFIT. SHAME. I wouldnt recommend this shop to my worst enemy. I was an insurance adjuster for 32 years, and customer service is something I KNOW.

This was definitely a disappointing experience for multiple reasons. After repairing my car’s front and back bumper, the new back bumper was clearly painted a different shade of silver that did not match the color of the rest of my vehicle, and Sunrise Collision thought it fit to present this poorly completed job to me. Interesting enough the front bumper that they also painted was a perfect match, so that alone makes no sense. Funnily, the incorrect painting was not the part that upset me the most. The woman who works in the office took little responsibility of the shops mistake. Instead she deflected and made it seem as if the previous back bumper prior to the accident was already an incorrect color. I can assure that for as long as I’ve had this vehicle it has been one single shade of silver for the duration of time that I’ve had it. When communicating with customers, refusing to take responsibility of the obvious mistake by the the paint department, then proceeding to blame and insult the customer by claiming the paint job on the vehicle prior to their work was wrong is infuriating. She was not short of excuses either, the other excuse the woman provided was that my 2008 Camry was an older car, and finding the correct SILVER paint was challenging. Also, when finalizing the paperwork the paint listed for my vehicle was GOLD, which she had to change to the correct color of SILVER prior to sending the paperwork to the insurance company. This leads me to wonder if the improper paint on the back bumper was related to the incorrect paperwork. Nonetheless this place is disorganized. Even after redoing the paint work the bumper is still a different shade of silver. If I knew that a simple paint job after bumper work would have been such a huge challenge for this repair shop, I would have opted for a different shop because there is no shortage of repair shops in the area. Very disappointing experience.

Very friendly, responsive, and communicative. Had my truck repaired there recently. Repairs done quickly even with a parts shortage. Wasn’t 100 percent happy (I am kinda picky) but they made it right, right away. This is how a business should be run. Great place. Tonya thanks for dealing with my annoyance 😂.

My experience with Sunrise Collision was GREAT from beginning to end! Tanya was fantastic to work with! She arranged for my car to be picked up and towed to the shop. She kept me posted throughout the process of the repair. And when they received a replacement part for my car, and it wasn't up to their standards, they sent it right back and ordered another one. Once the part was in, my repair was completed quickly and extremely well. They even fixed the stripes on my car just because they're awesome like that. My car looks better than it did before the accident. I will definitely recommend this shop to my family and friends! Thank you Sunrise Collision!

My insurance company recommended this place, and it was very close to my house. When I got there they were very professional and very nice, they made me feel comfortable right away. He told me it would only be two days and I'm thinking to myself yeah right I'll probably be 2 weeks But it turned out it was only 2 Days and the car came out perfect and I am a perfectionist. If I ever have a problem with my car I will definitely bring it back to Sunrise collision.

The first time I went to Sunshine, I was referred by my insurance carrier from an accident. They were amazing. Friendly, fair, reliable, honest. No one wants to be in a car accident and they helped make everything easy and convenient. I went back again, 2 years later, on my own for some work and had the same wonderful experience. I have recommended them to my family and friends. They go above and beyond. They even fixed a scratch in my paint without me asking them to. Excellent experience.Tanya and Joe are awesome.

Service was good repair went well, just was a little concerned of location but everything came out great, Updated added. I check the work and saw that there were screws missing from where some of the work was done, and I had a chance holder under the drivers seat that I forgot to take out and it was missing so some took the cd's I called and asked about it and the lady said oh my guys were her with me for 20 years, I guess maybe they were doing it for a while, that was the only place that anyone else had access to my Truck so I will never use their service again, and it seem like state farm has dropped the ball on having quality bonded business as choices to have the work repaired, I am very disappointed those were my traveling cd's good music to drive with and she said you signed a sheet saying we are not responsible for anything missing, SADDD I was concerned about the way the office looked and unorganized but I thought state farm was better then that, was I wrong.

I like this place! Someone hit my car and I stopped in without an appointment to see what it would cost. Seem like the owner or Worker probably stopped what he was doing and came out side to look at my car and informally assess the damage. He gave some advice which was his opinion And was very knowledgeable and patient. The atmosphere inside their weight room is very good considering a repair shop. Although I did not have them to do my car because I had a family friend did it, I would definitely recommend them and would take my car to them at any time. Again, they were very helpful. Patient and the location was convenient.

Worst decision of my life trusting these crooks with my car. I was in a fender bender that required my passenger side headlight, fender and bumper to be replaced. I dropped my car off before a 10 day trip on 9/7. I should’ve known what I was getting into due to the fact their office is completely disorganized. Papers everywhere and no sorts of order. They said it’ll be a 4 day job tops. I spent the $ to replace the other headlight so they’d match. On 9/18, they told my my car would be done end of day. When I got there, my car was in pieces. No call/text telling me it wasn’t ready. They also let me know that they LOST pieces to my car which delayed them putting it back together! The next day I Uber there to pick up the car. I noticed TONS of overspray on areas and the bumper wasn’t fully in place! Something told me to check the headlights before I left. Sure enough NEITHER OF THEM WORKED. They literally told me my car was ready without testing it prior to me picking it up. That evening, we got a tremendous amount of rain. I noticed the next morning water was all inside of BOTH headlights, damaging the components, faulty instillation job! We ordered BRAND NEW ones down Honda. I got my car back the wk of 10/16. On 10/20, several wks after the car was painted, the paint started to fall off the grill! When I took it back on 10/23, they claimed that they didn’t paint the grill. Tonyas exact words were ‘The grill wasn’t on the invoice and my guys are too lazy to paint something they’re not getting paid to paint.’ When I broke out the before & after pics of the car, she STILL denied that they painted it! I talked to the husband Joe and he could clearly tell the paint on the grill was done by them. The day before I took my car back in to paint the grill, I noticed my brand new, never damaged prior headlight wasn’t working. When I shared that with them during my next appt, I received 3 different stories on why it was not working! It wasn’t broken before and anything damaged by the previous faulty headlight should sb rectified. They REFUSED to fix it. These people cut corners, lie about the job they do, poor communication, and completely disorganized. ***** UPDATE ***** The repairs I received form this company have FAILED! All parts used were brand new and have a 1 year warranty on them. I contacted Sunrise Collision to obtain the receipts from the parts purchase to execute on the warranty and the REFUSED TO PROVIDE THE RECEIPTS. Tonya, the owners wife, stated to me that “I will look for the receipts once you remove the negative review on Google!” This is ILLEGAL!! I will be in touch with the BBB in regards to this!

Absolutely awesome from start to finish! This body shop is near to my house and I'm so happy I went in for a free estimate. A woman had hit my parked car and I needed both doors repainted and dents removed. Tanya and Joe were so helpful since the moment I walked in. The staff here were very friendly, especially the woman at the front desk who was helpful throughout the process, and the repair work on my car looks great. The only downside is that my backup camera is now hazy even though it was clear before and after the accident. They tried cleaning it but suggested I take it to the dealership for further repair. Since the accident wasn’t my fault, it’s frustrating to have another issue to deal with after picking up the car.
