Being told to tow my vehicle to the Jeep dealership doesn’t build confidence in your ability to diagnose problems. Leaving my vehicle outside in the rain with the driver side window open shows a total lack of respect for one’s property. Upon my vehicle arriving at the Jeep dealership they immediately closed the window by jumping the battery (not sure why you couldn’t do that). Within an hour they diagnosed the problem as being a dead auxiliary battery. The battery was replaced and the vehicle runs perfectly. Now you can say anything you want to make yourself look proficient but it’s just not going to work.

I took my car to Firestone in Plantation for new brake pads. I have a 2023 BMW X3 which has 23,000 miles. I had taken it to BMW for schedule service when they advised that I needed new brake pads. Being cheap I guess I figured I’d try the local shop for the pads. Boy what a scam they have. They kept trying to say I needed to change the sensors but I said BMW didn’t say anything was wrong with the sensors. After changing the back pads they called and said my sensor was damaged and they had to replace it because the light was on. I said fine. I go back the next week for my front brake and my car indicates I have 900 miles left and no brake lights was on. I go to the shop and they already had the sensor on my work order. I advise there is no light on so remove the sensor. Low and behold they bring me back and try to tell me the sensor was worn and it needed to be replace. The manager then tells me that not just the sensor but the rotors need replacing. 😂 I think because I’m a women they think I’m stupid. My car has 23000 miles on it. I’m like my car was in for service with bmw last week. They told me I needed brake pads only. If I needed a sensor or rotors they would have told me. Never and I mean never come here for work on your car. They are definitely ripping people off. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well.

They are extremely unprofessional here. I dont know whether they don't know what they are doing or if it's because I am a woman and they are trying to get over. HOWEVER, they estimated me over $3,000 in work needing to be done on my vehícle. A few days later, I go to their competitor for fraction of the price & my car was there for all of 25 minutes. I waited HOURS at Firestone on Clearly. NEVER AGAIN. BAD BUSINESS.

Very disappointed in this location. I got my oil changed back in December and noticed a burnt oil smell and just figured a little had spilled, which not uncommon. After a few weeks, I was still smelling the same thing so I called and they told me to bring it back in. I took it back and was told there is a small leak and nothing to be concerned about and they cleaned up what had leaked out. After two days I was back smelling the same burnt oil. That is not normal for long term and I am now having to spend extra money taking it somewhere else to be properly fixed. I have NEVER had any issues smelling burnt oil prior to bringing it there for an oil change. Now I will have to make sure their recomendations for other issues are even accurate. The trust is gone. Will not be back...

If I can give their service 0 star I will! I went in for a wheel alignment and they didn’t even do a good job it looks like they don’t even do it and had to go back. While I drove off I noticed only noticed the wheel alignment wasn’t done but I also got a flat. I never left the area and received must have received the nail in the tire while they took my car for the alignment. After discussing with the manager he didn’t care to help me and charges me to repairs my tire now two days later the tire they patched they must have not done a good job cause I show a very slow leak in the tire pressure. Please be aware of this place I went in for a wheel alignment that they clearly didn’t do and left with more issues.

If you want 5 star customer service and like being treated like a human being come to this Firestone. From the start, the moment I walked in, the front service advisors Anthony and Daniel were on point. They were super personable, patient, and genuinely helpful. They didn’t rush through a script, they actually took the time to explain what was going on with my car in a way that made sense, never rushed me, and made the whole process feel a lot more easy instead of stressful. Both of them were friendly, communicative, and just overall good energy. You can tell they care about the people walking through the door, not just the cars. Guy told me my tires treads were at 2"/3" max. Tried to sell me tires 20% more expensive than the price if I ordered them online through the Firestone website. Had my tires checked by 2 other independent shops who confirmed the front tires were at 4 (okay to drive) and the back tires at 3. Bought them somewhere else for a much cheaper price. On the positive fast, service was fast.
