Definitely the best! Today was my second visit to this shop, and I feel they're the most honest I've ever found. Whenever I went anywhere else to get my car's oil changed, they found a thousand problems that cost me thousands of dollars. Here, if it doesn't need anything more than an oil change, they don't invent more problems for the car. Today, for example, they told me that the next visit would be time to change the brake pads, but they don't offer the exaggerated prices of other shops either. So, if you're as tired as I am of spending hundreds, and sometimes thousands, of dollars every time you go to get your car serviced, US Auto Repair & Tire Center is the place to go.

They had at least 4 stars in my book until today. The service here is fast and the price is fair compared to other shops. But you get what you pay for, and you’re paying for sloppy work. My 1st time getting my tires changed, they forgot to tighten the bolts. I gave them a few more chances for routine work, oil change, windshield wipers etc… I came back again to get my tires changed and not only did they forget to tighten the bolts, my front driver side wheel was not completely latched. So after paying a pretty penny I was driving off the lot with my car ,which shook like a washing machine with a brick inside. I drove straight to another mechanic who was able to explain to me that I didn’t need to balance/rotate my tires or get a new rim I just needed a new mechanic. And icing on the cake was I also got my oil pan changed because it was broken, only to arrive at my house with oil actively leaking from my just “finished” car that didn’t leak all morning while it was there on the lot (supposedly). I don’t mean to discredit their business, My advice is just to use caution If you’re using them for anything more than routine maintenance!

I got my Lexus NX300 repaired for the Power Assist Motor bushing because of a clunking noise and a vibration in the steering wheel. I went to Toyota and multiple places to find the problem and they could not find it and when US Auto Center found the problem when they couldn't I compared the prices and US Auto Center was much cheaper. Today is the first time I’ve been to this shop. I needed an oil change really bad and it’s Sunday. Do you know how hard it is to find a mechanic shop on a Sunday. Almost every shop I called was closed. The staff is friendly and professional. Muhammad is the best! The shop is clean. They have a nice waiting room with ac in this hot weather. This is a full service shop that I recommend. I’m coming here from now on for all of my auto needs.

Look here, this is my 3rd time here. And seriously a recommend for they don't waste time. They are very efficient at what they do and they know their stuff. I had transmission issue, battery, tires, oil change needed you name it and was all done in a day!!!!! 🤩🤩🤩 I've already brought a friend to get his car fixed and it was a breeze. No joke. They are very attentive and professional at what they do. The other time I had my catalytic converter and my oxygen sensors stolen from car in the first month I got it and they've resolved the issue and made the process very smooth for me.
