Romeo’s yelled at me for almost the entire 10 minute phone conversation we had. I was simply asking for a timeline on an estimate so that I didn’t have to be without my work truck while Romeo’s sent the paperwork/photos to my fleet company’s insurance and then ordered parts. What should’ve been a simple 2 minute conversation about drop off and pick up turned into the most condescending and aggressive interaction I’ve ever had with a business. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Simple Money

He painted my Porsche Other dealers tried to take all my money and my 1st born child. The paint was harder and more scratch resistant than the Porsche paint but matched perfectly and he gave me a great price and super fast turn around

Romeo is a rude person who talks to people like they are nothing. He doesn’t deserve even one star but it makes you out a review. People like Romeo shouldn’t even be in business especially as a black owned business. He makes black people look bad and this is why people take their cars to actual body shops. Romeo was referred but I will stick with actual body shops. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP FOR ANYTHING. Spend your money somewhere that will know respect, customer service and how to treat their customers!
