"THEY DROP THE BALL" HAD EXTENSIVE BODY FRONT END WORK DONE .( HAD ACCIDENT) 2,400 DOLLARS TO REPAIR. VEHICLE WILL NOT RUN AFTER I WAS TOLD IT WAS READY. DROVE ONLY TO WORK AND HOME. SO MANY THINGS WRONG WITH IT NOW. LOST ALL THAT MONEY

Did not want to give any stars please stay away from this Mexican owened place I do not discriminate but as a African American I was treated as thou i was Dumb uneducated took my Truck in for a Transmission repair job owner was in Mexico left his uneducated brother in charge who has no clue how American law operates as a business long story short paid $500 for them to stop a front Transmission Seal leak he test drove my truck with me on the passenger side before he accepted it in to do the job long story short horrible horrible experience truck leaking transmission fluid same place I noticed it after driving a short distance next morning after picking truck up owner brother neglected to take my truck back In immediately after I sent him pictures of the ongoing leak instead he told me after I texted him several times that same day asking when could I bring my truck back in he had me wait a whole week seeing I'm leaking transmission fluid in the same place they supposedly fixed long story short transmission shot stop running had to get my truck towed to my residence on top of all this when I went that Friday to pick up my truck they had damaged my c.f. Axle oil Gasket I asked what happened he said it got damaged putting my Transmission back in he never called @ told me had not i just poped up Friday to pick up my truck I would have never known so this was a delay in me getting my truck because he had to order the seal whole pool of oil beside transmission fluid laying under my truck Transmission shot perfectly good running truck went from running great in a months time to not running at all but I will be seeing them shortly in small claims court it's a Big Big mess I am during for every time rental car @ all like they can come over here and take people hard earned money then talking bout giving me half my money he must of had a Braine Freeze baby they got the right lady they through was Dumb@ Igornarant now I'm having to show them in court a couple weeks God bless you all thnx for taking time to read my post

The owner is totally unprofessional. I went to check what was going on with my A/C and he started talking inappropriately about his employees. Short story I wasted more than an hour listening dramas and they never fixed my car since they couldn’t find the liquid to check the leak.

I just want to give a shout out to Felix. I usually dont write reviews but this one i had to. My truck broke down on the side of the road. I heard of Felix from a friend of a friend. He gave a reasonable price. He took care of the issue and also gave recommendations. I highly recommend this mechanic shop. His team worked on my Upper control arm, tie rod, ball joints, sway bar, and breaks. Also threw in alignment. Thank you Felix. You are now my go to Mechanic and i’ll recommend friends and family to you.

Juan has the worst communication ever. I have asked for invoices and receipts multiple times and haven't gotten not 1. My car has been in the shop for over a year and has it blocked so I won't get it back. I am willing to pay as long as I get it back! They took parts off my car without consent. I have called and texted and no response! I have gone to the shop to talk to him and can't provide anything that I need to pay and be done with this place. 0/10 don't recommend.
