Shop is very janky, customer service is horrible, went and got my tire plugged, plug was not correct it started leaking, he did not want to service as he knew he did it wrong. He then wanted to charge me to put my own air in my tire as he stated they don’t put air into tires. Very horrible experience!

Had my car here for 2 weeks Roy could not figure out what was wrong with my car he made me replace a part that had nothing to do with fixing my car telling me he would not look into the car if I do not replace this part and had me order the part myself he told me to take my car after replacing this part, test drive it and if it was still acting up to bring it back now my car won’t even turn on no crank nothing. wasted 500$ in this process if you work hard for your money and do not like getting used do not go here I’ve been here 3 times and all those times he has not fixed my problems only made them worst

In this mechanical workshop the service is terrible, the owner only wants to get paid since on several occasions I have had my cars aligned and according to him, when you tell him that he needs to do something, he only goes by what you tell him, he does the job. It doesn't look good and he tells you that he only did what he was told, he gives you the vehicle if you test it to spy on him, he says that he has to do an inspection and charge for that apart from what you pay. I don't recommend these scammers.

Good morning everyone sometime people afto beware of places u go to fix ur car because them change you for the parts them clean the old one up on put it right back on ur car van or truck also this shop roy's auto center them no change u new parts plus a use oil them put in u car on them don't replace oil filter so people if car was there are go there please go check it out somewhere else please because something like happen to me there.

I have a 2007 chevy equinox that needed an oil change, the rubber gasket change along with the filter. Now I purchased the rubber gasket and the filter because I wasn't sure if I wanted to go to a shop or have it done privately. Anyhow I told the gentleman what I needed and informed him I had the gasket and filter and wanted to know what I was gonna be charged? The man straight faced looked at me and said it's gonna be 400 bucks and the job was gonna be 5 1/2 hours....lol! All I could say was 400?! 5 1/2 hours?! I guess I had boo boo the fool on my forehead because what he doesn't know is that back in nyc I have a father, uncle, and brother who are mechanics and I pretty much know what's what. I guess me being a woman had him feeling like he wanted to take advantage. I just thanked him and left.

1999 nissan frontier. Came here a week ago told me it's my instrument cluster was bad, said they checked the fuse. Fuse still pops without it even connected. Want to charge me another 120$ for a diagnosis Don't go here EVER NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!! Might as well fix it yourself coming here

After several attempts in reaching out to the owner and getting severe steering wheel issue resolved, I decided to come here to voice the matter either he needs to check his emails on a regular basics or update his email as well as his social media platform Facebook. He overcharged me for a car. He clearly stated that everything in the car is brand new with the knowledge of it having high mileage well over $7000. I highly recommend. Plans on purchasing a vehicle from this establishment to make sure you do not pay in cash The DMV fraud department as well as my personal research tells me when the seller is wanting only cash. That’s usually a sign of a red flag. The odometer has been changed as well, which is 100% against the law. The Carfax is ready completely different from the mileage when I purchased the vehicle I’ve been giving him time to respond through written and communication. He wants to keep calling my cell phone a claim has been put towards the owner through the DMV fraud department, the consumer protection and the attorney general now I just have to sit here and wait with knowing that I am going to be forced to get a refund or they gonna also give him the option to fix the severe issue of the car. That’s so happen to be everything is brand new from what he stated. I gave him 5000 in cash $2451 of my debit card. I have requested that bill of sale in a documentations of the contract via email no response and I know his email works because I sent proof of my assurance to his email and he gave me the thumbs up that he received it but not seeing the emails pertaining to the severe damages of The vehicle. The car has been parked for a few days now it is not safe to drive. It hasn’t been safe to drive the whole time. I thought I needed a wheel alignment. When come to find out your car should not be doing a 360 not the steering wheel and the brakes seems a bit off as well. I will not give this gentleman anymore money until he responds in a timely manner and then the way that I want him to, which is by Written communication only for all the consumers out there please be careful from what the attorneys also told me I was extremely overpriced for a vehicle that is considered to be a lemon

After they replaced my brake pads, the brake pedal became extremely soft. This was NOT an issue before they worked on my vehicle. We are talking about the braking system — this is a serious safety matter. I returned immediately to have it checked, but they refused to take responsibility and would not even inspect the vehicle again. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. If a brake pedal becomes soft right after a simple brake pad replacement, it strongly suggests the system was not properly bled or the job was not done correctly. I cannot recommend this shop. When it comes to brakes, there is no room for negligence. In addition to the brake issue, the person working at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and aggressive in the way he spoke to me. Instead of trying to resolve a serious safety concern, he was dismissive, defensive, and unwilling to listen. As a customer, I expect basic respect and professionalism — especially when dealing with something as important as brake repairs. The way I was treated was unacceptable. I will not be returning.
