We called Mr.Russ after we got two estimates that seemed high in price and each one estimate claimed we had a problem with our distributor, and the 2nd claimed it was the engine, we called Russ, he was professional, on time and it took him 5 minutes to identify the problem which turned out to be an issue with burned spark plugs, with in 15 minutes he changed the plugs got the forklift working with no problems, he saved us approx. $ 650 dollars that we would have spent for no reason whats so ever. highly recommend him, and we will be using him again for all out lift issues and repairs. and I want to note that we told him before he checked the lift that we think its the engine or the distributor, he could have easily taken advantage of this information to make more money, but it appears that HONESTY is a dominant quality with Mr. Russ.

Russ has repaired our Kamatsu lift on multiple occasions, and always has been with our best interest in mind. Russ has fair pricing, and quality repairs, and won't price gauge like others in the industry. We can trust Russ will get the job done right the first time, and it will be less that is being charged by the larger repair shops (with higher overhead). Russ's Lift Maintenance is Definitely on our go to list when we have an issue.

Russ runs an incredible business and I’m happy to refer him to anybody. The lift gate on my truck broke down on a Sunday and he spent hours on the phone with me diagnosing it and trying to help me patch it up to get it home. When I brought it into his shop key assess the problem and was very fair in telling me the most cost-effective way to fix it. He ordered the parts and fixed it on the spot, you can tell that he runs a trust worthy operation and he now has another customer for life.
