Since it was a challenge to find a good RV service shop we can trust in Hampton road, we used to drive our RV all the way to Fairfax to get it serviced at a place we knew. Now, we are very happy that we've found RV Warehouse in Hampton. The owner Lane & his staff are very caring professionals. Especially, Lane is an RV’er himself and understands the issues from the RV owners’ point of view. He is also great communicator to inform us as the progress are being made with our RV service and that is very refreshing. We are also excited to learn that his store will offer to sell our RV on a Consignment bases because we are planing to switch to another unit in the near future. Further, we truly like the fact that we are dealing with owner directly who got things done for us professionally, very fair price and on time to truly satisfy his customers. Words cannot describe how happy my wife and I are with the final product that was produced by Lane and his staff. I was kept up to date with all facets of my RV repair, he did a superior job of interacting with my insurance company to get everything finished as quick as possible, and took the time to personally call us with updates and any questions. If you need ANY RV repairs no matter how minor or major, talk to this guy first. He was my one and only call I made when getting estimates and I couldn't be anymore pleased. THANK YOU!!!

So far so good, dropped rv off last week to have cargo door damage and rear end cracks repaired. Already received an update letting me know that I will have my coach back in a couple weeks in time for my trip. Already better than the last repair shop in Norfolk that didn't even touch my rv while it sat there over a month.

RV Warehouse owner Lane McKee was incredibly helpful and excellent to work with. I suffered through an insurance nightmare where the insurance company tried to short me the money I was duly owed. Lane was unbelievably helpful throughout the process. He had all the requisite paperwork and was very quick to communicate and provide exactly what was needed at every step along the way. If it wasn't for this truly great service then I may not have received the full payout for my totaled RV that I was promised by the Insurance company. Thank you Lane, and Thank you RV Warehouse.

RV Warehouse recently did some major repairs on our travel trailer. Lane was very fair and knowledgeable. The work was done in a timely manner and he always provided updates including pictures. I am so glad I found a 1 stop shop to handle all of my RV needs. I would recommend there services without hesitation.

We were traveling on 64 from Powhatan to Virginia Beach to Holiday Travel Park when a truck driver alerted us we had a problem. After pulling over we realized our back passenger side axle had broken on our Grand Design Momentum 351 M. We were about 4 miles to the closest exit so we limped the RV to the exit and parked in a Cracker Barrel Parking Lot. When we arrived at the Cracker Barrel both back tires were completely shot and the back tire on the passenger side had actually wrapped itself around the back leveling jack. We thought the camper was going to flip over. I googled closest RV Repair and thank the good lord that we found RV Warehouse. While they do not do road side work the owner told me that if we could get the RV to him that he would stay late and fix it. After hours of Good Sams trying to find someone Lane gave us a number to Tidewater Express Towing and they came out removed the tire from around the jack and got the axle straight so we could limp the RV another 10 miles to get to RV Warehouse. It was about an hour after they would have closed and they stayed true to their words and were waiting for us in the parking lot. Due to the extent of repairs, they had to replace leaf springs, hydraulic lines, and 2 new tires they told us it would not be ready until the next day. The service repair man stayed until dark or after on Wednesday to get as much done as he possibly could so that we could get our camper back as early as possible to be able to enjoy our long weekend. They went ABOVE and BEYOND sending pictures of the damage to our insurance company for us. We weren't sure what to expect with the bill since they were working later and the cost of materials and labor but they treated us fair and reasonable and we could not have asked for better customer service. I would highly recommend taking you RV there to have any repairs done. They may be a good little distance away but to find not only an exceptional quality of work (my brother in law inspected the work upon pick up and he said you would never tell anything happened on that side it was so nicely done down to cutting the installation perfect) and the customer service this company provides it would be well worth the trip. To ALL the employees and the owner of RV Warehouse we THANK YOU! I will be spreading your name to all of my camping friends and people that I meet along the way.

I used RV warehouse two times, the first time was very good and I had them do a lot of work and help sell a unit for which they made good money as they should have, they are in business to make money. On my second visit with a newly acquired Class A, I needed help with the refrigeration which they were unable to repair. I also asked them to check the roof mounted air conditioners which I felt like the front unit was low on Freon. I was advised that the unit was cooling ok and that you could not add to the sealed unit. Now that I am in Florida where the temps are higher, I can definitely diagnose that the unit should have been changed out as it continues to freeze up while the second unit in the rear of the coach is performing as it should with good cold air. I tried to contact Lane several time before I departed for Florida to get a few other thing taken care of, however, I never heard back from him or Raquel. To say the lease, I am disappointed as I misjudged their sincerity in actually helping their customer out.

Short version, they tried to make me pay what the insurance company owed them by holding my RV hostage. I called them crooks. When I threatened to call my lawyer they let me take my RV and Rakel told me "to get a life".

I would definitely recommend RV Warehouse after having our 2012 StarCraft bedroom floor replaced. Eric kept in touch with us throughout the repair and even shared progress pictures. Any future repairs will involve Eric and RV Warehouse. Thank you RV Warehouse.

My 2015 Coachman Leprechaun was brought into rv warehouse for an oil change, I had my own oil, 1. My coach was there for 5 days, 2. When I called, which I shouldn't have to do, to see if my coach oil change was done. I was told yes, ready for for pickup. No mention of cost. When I arrived at rv warehouse to pick up coach I was given the form which had expense broken down. I had seen for 3.5 (only 6 quarts of oil, I had brought the wrong size oil filter, so rv warehouse bought. ) hours at $189.00 of labor just change oil cost me $612.00. I was taken advantage of, being a disabled Navy veteran, I had brought rv warehouse my replacement of two airbags, which is still not correct, that business. I had mentioned I would keep rv warehouse my repair needs. I don't think the act of charging me that much for labor, just for an oil change. I was told, by Eric that the airbag problem was looked at, said the airbag problem was a warranty problem. That's not the problem, the mechanic install, with pinched hose on left airbag. I've noticed that repairs made are NOT tested to see if repair had problems. Sadly, I will not be bringing my coach motorhome to them again. Seems as though rv warehouse does not want my business. I would suggest not to bring your camper, coach to them for repair. I hate to say this one might be better off taking their RV to Camping World for repairs. Treated much better. Signed airbag/ oil change disgruntled customer.

Great shop! Eric is smart working on all types of RVs. He does everything: electrical, mechanical, and accesorizing. We had a stabilizer controller go out, and he designed a custom replacement after finding the old one was out of production. We were glad to finally get a solution to this major issue. Fully recommend for your next service or project.

Amazingly knowledgeable owners and staff. Both Camping World and a mobile RV repair service failed to properly diagnose, therefore fix, the problems with the electric windshield shades on my motorhome (camping world kept my rig for over a month). Eric diagnosed and fixed my problem within a few short hours. Eric was awesome. When our initial conversation about the issue ended I hung up the phone with a great sense of relief & confidence that this was the place to go. I regret that I live 250 mi from their company but am comforted by the knowledge I have a one-stop solution for any future issues I may encounter with my motorhome. Thank you guys so much & a special shout out to Eric.

Where to begin? Do not use these people ever! After bringing the rig in for a assessment, we were told the parts would be ordered and the work would be completed in three weeks. After 11 weeks, 11 weeks! Not one part had been ordered and minimal work had been done. Extremely poor communication. Zero paperwork or accountability. We were then told we needed to pay $26,000 to have repairs done, based on their voluntary assessment of something unrelated to the original scope of work, before they would release our fifth wheel to us? Asking us to pay with no invoice or parts before the would give us our un-repaired unit back? Unbelievable. Thank God we got our unit back at least… now in to the next repair shop to get some work done.

This RV shop is a rip off and a scam, I drop off my camper to get fix, however they didn’t issue a work order after I drop off my RV, They expect me to pay an invoice due to my insurance company and the shop didn’t agreed on the price. Since my RV was stored in the shop, the shop is claiming that I authorized to be stored inside there shop. And also there claiming that they worked 3 hours on my RV. Disclaimer to everyone to my experience be watchful for this scammers never trust this shop.Dont drop off your RV without a documents or you will end up like me

We left our van with Lane at RV Warehouse, along with a list of jobs for them to complete while we were away from the RV. All the work was carried out to a high standard and Lane communicated with us throughout to ensure that our expectations regarding quality and price were met. Very happy with the service and we will certainly put business this way again. Highly recommended. Nigel and Ann

Scratched up my 2021 5th wheel and a-lot of other stuff i had to clean and look over. They got the job done but quality control and not scratching your 71k 5th wheel not so much. I guess they don’t care about your items. For 16k in repairs i was blow away.

Our family can not thank RV Warehouse more for their professionalism from first contact phone calls and estimates. This establishment works on business ethics and correct essential job repair. Taking your RV here and dropping your keys off with these skilled workers gives you confidence in that the job will be done right like no other place has done. Our RV is still under some forms of warranty and we will have to use another place for that and that is now our biggest fear. ALL and I do mean ALL other work will be done by RV Warehouse because they can be trusted to go beyond in helping us feel safe and secure while we camp. That is what each of us want to be Happy Campers. Thank you again RV Warehouse for your kindness. We will be back and so will all of our camping friends.

RV owners, Beware! Run Away before it's too late. The owner will deny as he has lied over and over with this repair. The pictures of his horrible, fraudulent practices are added to google for your review and legitimacy of my review. Here is the story, I went to pick up my RV after waiting 6 months and being told it was ready for pickup. The repairs were horrendous. The work had not been completed per the estimate and there was damage to my RV that wasn't there when I dropped off the car. It looked like someone had taken pry bars and tried to pry two of my storage compartments open. It is now 7 months since I dropped off my RV, on July 6, 2020, my state farm insurance agent saw first hand and a shop worker admitted to him that the rear wheel fender $2400 and rear cap $10,250 was never purchase or installed. My state farm agent and I took a moment to further inspect the repairs that were so called completed by the shop to find fiberglass cracks on the entire back of the rear cap and crease in the rear wheel fender where the items were never installed. The estimate provided to state farm by the shop which they paid because the shop said the parts were so expensive were never purchase, never installed and 7 months later I was left with a RV that was not repaired per the estimate and vandalized at their facility. State Farm has in their possession time stamped photo evidence documenting this dishonest and fraudulent activity whereby that instead of replacing the cap per the estimate quoted for the part alone at $10,250, it was never installed and an extremely poor fiberglass repair job was done on the original damaged cap which could be seen from the back of the cap as well as frame damage left completely untouched and a rear wheel fender $2400 still damaged that was never replaced. I hope the legal system prevails and this shop loses their right to practice business in Hampton and never touch another RV!

Rv warehouse exceeded my expectations their customer service and quality repair is amazing! I have a 2016 Travel Lite slide in truck camper and I discovered some water damage this past spring. I discovered that the cabover had been leaking and rotted the entire bed. The camper was unusable. I had taken it to another repair shop and they discovered it was to much for them to repair after many months. Lane did a demo and reconstructed it better than the day that I bought it! THANK YOU LANE AND TEAM!
