Charlie has taken great care of our son and his car since he has been living in Winter Haven. I would normally take care his car until he moved 15 hours away. Charlie has worked with us over the phone and explained what needs to be repaired with a reasonable quote. We stopped by while visiting our son to meet Charlie in person, he is a professional in the automotive field. I have been in the field for 38+ years and have worked with many techs and owners, and I recommend S&C as reputable business.

Do not have any service done there. Greg is the most incompetent mechanic I have ever encountered. He doesn't complete repair the in the timely manner that he said he will do. He has cost me more money on parts. I paid for a set of Heads as recommended. Then puts them in and he realized that he didn't check the piston block discovering a scratch in the block. Then he recommended a replacement engine that I had to go and pay for The engine came two days knowing I was going on vacation. He then committed to having the repair completed Saturday and did not honor his word forcing me to get a last minute rental so I can go on my vacation. I called to find out what happened while I was on vacation and he insults me on the the phone. I picked up my truck today 2 weeks later and discovered my truck parked on the the side with no security and my expensive rim thrown in there. My gas tank was empty. My window was left partially open so all the rain we had got in the truck. I go to get my rims put on. Fender well cover missing and to make matters worse the lower radiator hose blows off while the tire shop was test driving. Now I have a check engine light saying cylinder 6 deactivated and high idle because he clearly didn't relearn the throttle body. Also my brand new exhaust was just fine when I took my truck to him now its all messed up and I have to wait to get it fixed.I met one other person that has a problem with him who has trying to get there car for three weeks. Worst mechanic ever. !DO NOT GO TO HIM!

Can’t give a better rating. Angel took my 2013 Ford fusion in with a broken sun roof track. I LEGIT went to over 10 repair shops in town and they wouldn’t touch sunroofs, cuz they’re too risky to fix. Been 2 months and my roof works great. He also was more than happy stop what he was working on and at least look at my car to assess the damage. Couldn’t get other places in town to even look at it without charging me $150-200 for a diagnostic fee. Will definitely be using S&C Car Care again in the future! Not to mention he was half the price of the other shops and did the job right! **Pictured is my broken sunroof, not after it was fixed. Didn’t have a photo of that

Won’t take my vehicles anywhere else. I usually have time to stop by for a quick fix that’s in and out same day. I just bought a new truck and couldn’t find time to drop it off so 1 phone call later the owner of S&C came to pick it up at my house, towed it to his shop, fixed wheel bearing, front end bushings, alignment and fixed the air condition. Payed the bill over the phone and when I got home from work he already had the truck dropped off in my driveway. 10/10 quality and customer service every time.
