Zach and Josh do a great job of fixing your car at a fair price. I came to them after a bad experience at the dealer and Zach diagnosed my door lock problem quickly (which was not the problem the dealership told me it was after a $130 diagnostic fee + a part at 180% markup) and got me on my way for about half of what the dealership wanted. Later, when my A3 started running poorly, Josh and Zach had a pretty good idea what needed to be done based on their experience with cars at this mileage and it drives like a new car. If you like being charged $130+ for a "diagnostic fee", a $7 "shop supplies" fee (for gloves and paper towels), and being told nothing about what is wrong with your car but be told every preventative service the service manager can think of to pad their bottom line, go to the Audi dealer. If you want your car fixed competently at a fair price without a lot of Mickey Mouse nonsense, go see Zach and Josh.

I don't write reviews because I am lazy. But this place was so awesome so here I am writing my first review ever. I was driving cross country from Washington. Sure enough, while I was driving middle of nowhere in Oregon, the engine light came on. The car was driving fine so we were looking for an auto shop that knows about German car. When we called them, they said just bring the car over and they can run the diagnostic real quick on our Audi. The fist thing I liked about the shop was they were upfront about the price and the estimate was for the 'worst case'. Since they can't be sure what the problem was until they fix the car I was prepared for the worst. They knew I was on a tight schedule so they were willing to bump me up so that I can fix my car and keep driving to my destination. The fix was ended up only costing 1/10 of what they estimated. When I got the bill I was somewhat surprised because I know they spent more time on working on the car than what they actually charged (and thank you all!). They look like a business that are very honest, thorough, and not cutting the corner even for the customer who doesn't even live in the area. TLDR; I highly recommend.

Excellent service, Michael took care of my wife's Audi A4 and honestly gave us one of the easiest mechanical experiences we've had. Most shop's will sell you on things you don't need and explain things with rose colored lenses. Not here. I will spare all the details, but essentially what you need to know is this shop is transparent and good at what they do👍 we will definitely continue to go back upon any other issues we have

These guys have ZERO clue what they are doing and are flat out disrespectful. I'm shocked at the positive reviews. If you have a car over 10 years old, they will not be able to figure out the issues, and they will actually make fun of your car. I took my 'older' Audi to them to replace a component that failed after a lot of miles. They told me that they couldn't even get that part anymore from Audi or from the aftermarket in new or in refurbished condition. Keep in mind, it took them a long time to figure this out. I said ok thanks for trying. I called a local Auto Parts store and had the part there the next day, and asked them to install it. Fortunately they obliged, but of course they didn't apologize for not doing the proper research. They installed the part successfully (it's a miracle!), and I paid for the labor. I later looked at the invoice they wrote up and it says that my motor mount was bad, but it didn't matter because the car didn't have enough power. That's a completely absurd and rude comment by itself, but it's especially odd since they never drove the car except from the garage to the parking lot. I've never had any shop actually write a note that proves that they don't value your business. They were eager enough to take my money, but didn't want to do anything out of their comfort zone of adding cold air intakes to cars. I later took the car to an actual Audi expert and they said the motor mounts were fine, but to an untrained eye they could have looked bad because they had what looked like cracks, but weren't.

I brought my Audi A4 here and I got a great overview of what needed to be done soon after dropping it off. Zach was very helpful and is great at explaining the work needed. I’ve taking my cars there for some time. The service is ok but I guess it doesn’t matter that much as long as they do the job. This last time they quoted me a crazy amount. I was about to say let’s do it. Sucks but let’s do it. Then I called another place and they can do it for half the price. Their hourly service fee is $160 which I paid so they could tell me what is wrong w the car. Fine but at that price. I should just go back to Audi. Get a loaner. A nice coffee and at least better service. Right?

Zak is your guy if you have an Audi. He does good work! I’d recommend him to any and all Audi owners. He’s done my brakes, shocks, engine mounts, and just about everything in between on all the Audis I’ve brought to him. I wouldn’t want anyone else working on my car! I’ve been coming here for years and still love to come back. There’s a reason it can take some time to get your car in the shop, these guys are great and the valley knows it! 10/10 recommend. Don’t take your Audi to someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing, take it here.
