Unauthorized storage customer had car towed in to be looked at shop never even got customers name or a signature when I went to pick vehicle up he says oh I didn’t know the customer abandoned it I thought she was gonna pay us to fix it and then started filling out a bill and charged $700 for storage without any signature from customer

Quels Smiles

I took my car to this shop. I regret to write this but I believe in people being fair. My vehicle was returned to me with an ear piercing sound coming from the muffler. Which they told me they had to patch it up., as if the tow. per son did it. I was not only not told about the damages to my car until pick up , but items were missing. Not only that but after checking with the tow company to figure out what happ2 to my muffler and they tell me it is missing a part????? I am furious. I am barely making ends meet and to have given them all i had and to get my car back with now other problems I didnt have . No one should come here. I have a huge lyft bill for the four days they held on to it as well. Smh.

The staff here is excellent and fair in their prices. Most of the complaint are from people who want to get over or some sort of “cousin” discount. Y’all know what I’m talking about. I got an estimate here and at Pep boys, and S&Y charged me 450 less than what pep boys was asking for. On top of all of that, the work is guaranteed with a warranty and they gave me candy 🍭 . Service was done in a timely fashion and with a smile. I always bring my car, my mommas car and my grand mommas car here whenever there’s a problem. No complaints nor problems.
