We went to ProMark Auto to purchase a used Subaru Outback. From my initial email, communication with Rimi was excellent. Through email I asked about the condition of the tires, brakes, battery, etc. Rimi responded with a rating out of 10 which was very easy to understand. She also explained what they had done to the car in preparation for sale and emailed pictures and the Carfax. We decided to make the hour drive to inspect the car. We were greeted warmly and were giving time and space to look over the car. Rami, the mechanic (her brother), put the car on the lift and gave us a flashlight to inspect underneath. The car was as described in the email. Two small things we noticed were the one headlight was a bit cloudy and the sunroof cover did not slide smoothly. They said both could be fixed easily. During the test drive, we could feel a shudder around 20mph. Rami took it for a spin and could feel it too. He hooked up the car to the diagnostics. Nothing showed up to indicate what was causing the shudder. He offered to take it to a Subaru dealership the next week. Unfortunately, the Subaru dealership could not provide a solution. Ultimately, we did not purchase the car after doing online research. The information online was all over the place from it’s nothing to worry about to you’ll need a new transmission. Since the car was for our 16-year-old, we didn't want to risk it. I would not hesitate to buy a used car from them. They were honest from the get go. Went above and beyond any other dealer we had been to in resolving the issues we had noticed after a test drive. The car was priced competitively compared to similarly aged and mileage cars. I highly recommend ProMark Auto.

I came here yesterday with a nail in my tire and was unable to find anyone that could take me in right away. After searching relentlessly I came across Sabra Auto Group and I was lucky to find that this wonderful business was willing to help. Even after closing they took me in, and I was out within 20 minutes with a repaired tire. You can’t even tell that anything was wrong with it in the first place. I cannot thank you guys enough!!

They're prices are competitive, thorough with diagnosing and repair work, have a clean and hospitable waiting area, and finished my vehicles in the time that they stated. I was looking for a particular car and needed to act quickly — my previous vehicle was totaled during the great Deer-ocalypse of 2025. 🦌 Jeff (sales) was extremely helpful, friendly, and a host of other adjectives describing his overflowing abundance of professional congeniality (while the rest of the SAG team was equally welcoming and helpful during every step of the process).
