I brought my passat here to have two flex pipes removed and replaced at this location, the owner walked me through the breakdown of the job and got it up in the air right away. They did a good job and had me in and out the same day, and their work is warrantied! You really can't beat the value for what you're getting here - a good repair and the comfort of knowing that if your repair fails, they'll take care of you. My father and I have bringing exhaust work from his shop to this Meineke for 15 years. Really can't recommend them enough. Thanks again guys *also they will fix your low car - they have the equipment, a lot of people don't to touch low cars or customized cars but Meineke will absolutely help you out*

My catalytic converter went the day before Christmas and I was able to get an appointment first thing on 12/26. It took them less than 3 hours and at a reasonable price. I don't know what I would have done if they hadn't fixed it so quickly! (This is not my post! There was nothing wrong with my catalytic converter!!)

Went in for an inspection and they failed me for a leaking exhaust gasket. They also tried to tell me my brakes and rotors were bad. Charged $126 for a gasket and torched my bolt which had anti-cease compound on it. Went to a different mechanic who told me ny brakes were at 60% in front and 70% in back and that my rotors were fine. Don't go here they try to scam everyone.

I got there 3:30 pm and Angel took my car right away so that was great… but didn’t tell me how much wear on the brake pads and tires. He told me that windshield wipers needed to be replaced even though they were working fine. When I said that they are fine …. he told me that he wouldn’t give me the inspection and emissions pass stickers unless I buy the wipers. He charged me $35 each for a wiper blade and $16 for installation which he didn’t do and didn’t return me the money as well. My experience was really bad

I had my SUV inspected at Meineke in Whitehall. They told me I needed a whole new exhaust system $1200-2000. Started with you have pin hole leaks, to it's rusted and about to fall off, could cause an accident, you know laying it on thick. I thought that felt off. I took it for a second look for somewhere else. ZERO wrong with my SUV. ZERO. Now the whole family only goes elsewhere.

I have been going to this shop for the last eight years . I can honestly say as a woman their work can be trusted and you will not over charged for things you don't need. I was extremely pleased to see that Meineke finally put Angel in the position to run this shop. Worst place ever tried to scam me said it would be 165 to weld my exhaust and then he said it would be 300 and that he would have to make it custom and then he proceeded to say it’s rusted and that he needs to be cut even though it was surface rust stupid Service manager doesn’t know anything. Never bring your vehicle to this Shop this is why they don’t have much work.

I never write 1 star reviews. But I have to for your warning. I took my car to meinickie several times for the same issue - a power steering pulley. They kept saying it needed to be fixed while charging me an arm and a leg for it. I took it to a different mechanic this time and they said that the only issue with it was it was too loose, hence why the noise was being made on my car. This Meinickie is a disgrace and a rip off. There are better more honest mechanics in the area.

Got a new windshield at Safelite so I needed new inspection stickers. Went here because it was across the street and got new ones placed in the worst position I have ever seen. Was a huge distraction and possible safety concern. Came back and manager said it wasn’t that big of a deal and they were gonna charge me again to move them or give me new ones. As I was thinking about it he walks away and picks up the phone without even telling me and goes back into the shop Went to More Miles in Bethlehem and had them replaced for 5 bucks cheaper. Go there! They have great prices and even better people working there!

Sent my son in to get an oil change and tire rotation on a car with 10k miles on it. They tried to tell him he needed new tires, which is absurd. Be very careful. We won’t be going back.
