I have been coming here for the last year and a half, each time is a great experience. I understand that they can't control what happens to my vehicle, but they can and do provide the best service possible at affordable prices. They will offer suggestions and advice on your vehicle and are super friendly and professional. They recognize me as a customer and have built a good relationship. Honest guys, making a living. I called ahead to inquire about pricing and the same price over the phone is what I got in person. Very respectful family running the business. As a woman stepping into an unfamiliar stomping ground, it can be intimidating sometimes; not here. I highly recommend this location for your needs. My husband had visited before for a smog and was extremely happy with their service also and was the reason we decided to take my car there for a smog also. Great service and communication. They close at 5 PM and I called around 4 to ask if they still had time to do a smog check since I was about 5 minutes away, and they said yes. When I got there, I also asked if they had time for an oil change. I already had my own oil and filter, just needed the labor, and they were able to take care of that too with no problem. Everything was explained clearly, no confusion, and the service was quick. I was in and out fast. Definitely recommend!
