last week my car broke down close too eagle rock bl.i didnt know anyone in that city i called few places .got my car there somehow but knowing i was despret they all wanted to take advantage .only sams auto was fare .and told me it was a easy fix .and i only needed to change water hose ..thank u sams auto

Sexist, condescending, dishonest, tried to charge me over $100 to replace my dipstick. As I left their shop after repair, the owner said “the oil is not clean maybe the car will start on fire, I don’t know.” If that is the case, why would they not fix that? A week after I brought my car here, it stopped working. Such a negative experience it inspired me to just buy a new car so I don’t have to deal with unpleasant auto shops again. Don’t recommend

Small place. Just one tired mechanic who tries to do everything the boss promises the customer can do, only to have the boss tell you that he can't handle a simple job like changing the oil. They just waste your time. The only good thing about this place is the empathy of the only mechanic, who despite being visibly tired and unable to speak English well still maintains a lovely empathy with the customer to make up for the service that the boss of the establishment offers but cannot deliver. Don't waste your time going to this place.
