Communication is very difficult with the owner, bad tempered, and not professional, so be prepared for several misunderstandings. Honestly the quality of the work is not worth the amount of money he charges. The administration lady, Suzana, is very respectful person, and knows how to treat the customers with care and respect.

They'll part your car together, but if you are a detailed person, do not take it. 1st of all, it took many months to get the car back. Came back with issues, had it fixed both mechanical and body work. Body work is terrible, but I would rather take it somewhere else to correct the body work issues after this experience with them. Look at the pics. They speak for themselves. Lots of dent spots, missing paint, burnt clear coat, bubble in paint, etc. Oh, and the car was given to me extremely dirty inside and outside with compound swirls all over the car and inside. Do your research before.

I had a great experience with Santana. I brought the car in. It had several dents and scratches in the panels. It also had damage to both bumper covers. He gave me a great price and had it ready when promised. I would highly recommend them. The office manager was really nice also.
