Look listen, I called inquiring about replacing an Air Compressor in my Maxima and even with Tarek being the only person in the shop he was able to get me in and out within about 4 in half hours no problem and was very nice .. Pricing was very reasonable... Thank you 😊

I was told that a half pound of freon leaked out of my air conditioner, and then was told there was no leak (how does that make sense?!). When I told them I was unhappy with their "diagnosis" they offered to look it over again. Five days later get a call back saying they found a leak and it's fixed. I don't like confrontation, and I do not want to complain to get the basic service that was requested. Will not be a returning customer.

Tarek, the owner, was absolutely amazing to deal with. The pricing is extremely fair and he was quick to get the compressor and clutch assembly replaced. Absolutely would recommend this place to get a car worked on by a mechanic. Also, if you are looking for a job as a mechanic, I believe he is hiring!

Had my car for Over a month told me he get my parts took him 3 weeks to diagnose he couldn't get my ignition switch so I had to end up getting my part . Told me that would fix my car . End up getting my car from this shop after a month . Still had battery drainage.. ignition switch didn't fix it . I will never take my car back to this unprofessional shop .car was running better before I took it to this shop .never again..

I had brake pads installed here. Tarek was able to work on my car soon after I called him which I was super grateful for because the brakes were squealing and grinding. Tarek is as good as mechanics come and I'm glad to know there is someone like him who I can go to for future car repairs.

I can tell you of my experiences here and go on and on. I have brought both my vehicles in for a variety of reasons. I trust these guys. The team here has done brake and rotor jobs, overheat diagnosis and resolutions, transmission swaps, etc. And every single time I have been treated with the utmost respect and been given a fair market price. I really tried to trust these guys. I even had my wife take down a negative review and I replaced her review with a positive review but the guys are sketchy. A year ago, Tarek quoted me $1628.30 to fix my Control Arms and Tie Rods (parts and labor), but he told me that if i paid cash, he'd fix it for $1400. I paid him cash. I took the car back up there last week because I was having the same issue that I was having a year earlier. Omar quoted me almost the exact same price, for the exact same issue. I told Omar that I paid for the exact same issue last year. Omar said I did NOT pay for the Control Arm and Tie Rods because he didn't see the invoice in the system (I find it ironic that a cash transaction wasn't input properly into their system). I texted Omar a copy of the invoice and i took him my copy of the invoice. When I got there, Omar showed me a picture on his computer of the bushings on my vehicle and said they may be able to replace those for a cheaper price but he had to get with his partner Tarek first. I took my car back up there today and Tarek quoted me $2864.92 to remove and replace Motor Mounts. I told him I'd just come get my vehicle. I don't understand how the same issue, on the same vehicle can be misdiagnosed 3 times. Even more disturbing, why am I having the same issue within a year, and being charged even more for the issue than was already paid. The vehicle is having the EXACT same problem! But now it's the Motor Mounts? Customers beware. These guys know it's tax season. Spend your money where their work is guaranteed. If you absolutely HAVE to go to these guys, ask for the parts back that they replaced. These guys are not doing the work that they say they're doing. I'll be sending these receipts and quotes to my friends at KSLA.
