Just stopped and picked up a tire that Walmart could not fix. All I had in my pocket was a $100 bill. They didn't have change as it was when they first opened. They told me they would just let me take the tire and don't worry about it. This is a business that strives to make the customer happy. They are professional and efficient. They will have all my business from now on.

The guys were professional, helpful and explained everything. They corrected the balance issue with my tires from ANOTHER shop and also the fact that a DIFFERENT shop mounted 2 of our tires backwards. Highly recommend these guys and will be going back when time to replace our other tires.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Shamrock Tire that I just have to share! After doing my research and knowing the nail in my tire was in a repairable area, I scheduled an appointment at Discount Tire, where I waited hours only to be told they couldn’t repair my flat and tried to sell me new tires instead. I was feeling pretty frustrated. Thankfully, I googled other tire places and Shamrock popped up. I remember purchasing my Toyo Tires from there like 15 years ago and decided to give Shamrock Tire a shot on 8/2/24. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and professional. They took a quick look at my tire and immediately took it in. No questions, no hesitation and no selling! Within no time, they had my tire fixed and ready to go! The best part? When I went to pay, they informed me that I wouldn’t be charged because I had waited too long (done in less than 30 mins). Quality Service home town feel. Dropped my flat tire off for patching day after Christmas and was told they’d give me a call when it was ready and it would be 30-45 minutes,less than a half hour later got the call went to pick up my tire and pay for it. They said no charge!! I was surprised and so very grateful. As a single mom this was the best belated Christmas gift I could have gotten. Thank you so much! I will definitely be a repeat customer and be referring you for years to come. Best experience with a tire shop since we moved here 10 yrs ago.

Took my car in here to get it aligned it took them a few hours to get my car in as there a. First come first serve bases they finally get it in for alignment and about 15 min and they come and tell me come into the shop bay and the mechanic tells me that they can't do the alignment cause my steering wheel is not clocked with my new rack and pinion so there only gonna charge me 30 bucks I was like ok go back try to pay for the 30 bucks and was pushed to the side and ignored after I told him I was ready to pay finally get my car back and and literally all you hear is tire squill going down the road the radio didn't drown it out so I took it to bosley tire and they took care of me... They also messed up one of the semis the worked on for my family the didn't tighten the lug nuts down on the dually tire and it came off on the freeway I'll never go to shop or recommend them or will my family. ,,

Started my morning with a low air warning on the truck. My usual tire shop on South Broadway was closed, and I wasn’t sure the tire would hold long enough to wait. Luckily, I spotted Shamrock Tires open and decided to give them a try. Dropped the truck off, was met with a clean shop and friendly, welcoming staff. A little later, I got the call it was ready—no problems at all. Big thanks to the team (and for the free pickles!). I’ll definitely be back. My new go to tire shop!

Had a flat tire on one of my relativly new Cooper tires. Started out at Discount tire who told me that I needed a new tire since they couldn't plug it and they would have to order it. I needed it it fixed immediately so I called Shamrock who had the tire but it was $300. I asked if they could cut me a break and they were kind enough to knock off $30 bucks. When we arrived to pick up the car, they had an invoice for $0! They were able to plug and patch the tire saving me $300 less than a week before Christmas! Super grateful to Shamrock tire for being honest. They lost a sale today but gained a customer in the future for sure!

Original: Offers free tire rotations for the life of the tire but you have to drop off the vehicle or wait hours. Likely won’t be back for my next set of tires. Edited taking owners points in account: Offers free tire rotations for the life of the tire, however, it is possible you may have to leave your vehicle or come on a less busy day or there may be an extended wait time. I will take this into consideration before making a decision where to buy my next set of tires. Response to owner: Just because a customer is frustrated doesn't mean that they are being rude to you when they are offering feedback. I was not rude. I stated my frustration, then left calmly, there was no storming out. Never once did I ask for priority over other customers. The only thing you said was 2 hour wait or I could leave my vehicle, neither of which worked for me. You were polite about it. This review is being downgraded to 1 star due to the inaccuracy of your response and now I definitely won't be back for that next set of tires.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable and friendly. Bought a new trailer this weekend, they got me setup with better, heavier tires and a spare wheel and tire to fit my trailer needs. They work on first come first serve basis but got the job done under the time they told me it would take. I will continue to support local as they support a lot of small local businesses like mine.
