After being quoted this ridiculous estimate from Toyota, the guys from Simplice did the work for less than half. They were easy to work with, did not talk down to me because I'm a woman, and did not quote some ridiculous estimate. Then to top it off, they gave me a ride home and came to pick me up when the work was done. Just nice guys ... Will be doing business with them in the future.

Nice knowledgeable people. Always worried that since I don't know much about cars people are always going to trick me or upsell me. That was not the case here. Came in because my car was not working the way it should, I brought it in and they fixed the problem in 15 minutes. They did so with a smile and didn't charge me anything for the quick fix. Definitely recommend this location for anyone with car troubles.

Unbelievable. I approach the sitting guys who were doing nothing “Hi I just need an oil change” One guy look at the other and he then said “do you got your oil?” Confused why he would ask that, but I stated No. He then shrugged his shoulders and said “well”. Unfortunately I drove all the way there because of the views but couldn’t even get a service as small as an oil change. How could I assume they would fix anything else that wrong with my car.

Simplice took care of me, and moving forward I'll stay with them for my vehicle repairs. I hay my vehicle dropped off and it was repaired within 3 hours. I received a call thinking it was to let me know what they needed to do, they had already ordered the part and replaced it. I was very happy with the turnaround time, and enjoyed joking around with Sidney, he can come off a little gruff at first but at the end of the day it's all in the perception and he's a cool guy. So glad I chose this spot.
