I love this place hands down! The staff and owners were so awesome I went in for some air, I ended getting some very useful knowledge about my tires. I didn't realize or paid attention to my tires much didn't realize they were in horrible shape. The fact they were about to blow out and I had a ball in one of them! It was frightening to see ! Allan took care of us also took his time explaining and showing us in detail how our tires were in horrible conditions very friendly patient! the owner Aldo was amazing! He hooked us up with great prices on our tires! Best of all we were out of there in less than an hour!! Definitely now my to go to for life ! Thank you so much Aldo and smart tire crew ! The owner was so professional. I initially wanted 22s on my car. But he gave me education on it rubbing against my car. He was not money hungry like other companies I visited. I ordered the ones I wanted and had them on a few days later. 4 rims & 4 brand new tires, all done in a hour. I recommend that anyone that wants rims or just need tires, go to smart tire!

I went in to get rims put on and just because the day was slow the owner sold me rims that didnt even fit. And altered the fitment now my all my wheel hubs are jacked up. And dude wont make it right. Im in the process of suing him. He's gonna pay .

Poor customer service, had no patience and immediately raised his voice and gave attitude just because I didn’t know how measuring a rim worked he measured it took off my spare tire and had me waiting for 20 minutes as he proceeded to help another customer (it’s understandable since he was there first but he had two other workers helping him) lastly I don’t even think he gave me the right rim size and took advantage that I didn’t know how it works (I gave him my exact rim size) now this rim looks bigger than the rest

This place is truly amazing costumer service is fantastic service is quick and as a person who has had horrible experiences with used tire shops this place made me rethink buying used tires I got 4 used tires that are practically brand new and left with a sense of ease knowing my car is safe for my kids.
