My dad and I went together at about 330 on a Wednesday. We were in and out within 15 minutes both cars and was treated with so much professionalism and respect. My dad is 80 and sometimes a little hard to deal with and it was no problem at all. They definitely have a customer for life. Another note, the manager was running the office and cashier. He told me he steps out to check on his guys cause he believes in knowing whats going on, he will be one successful manager for many years to come.

I’m sure I would have had a different experience if I arrived a little bit earlier but I got there on a weekend at 5pm and they closed at 530pm. I have never been so rushed in my life and that is why I’m leaving 2 stars. The dude that took care of me did his best to be professional but I can tell he was frustrated that I arrived at 5pm. Smog took about 3 minutes. Everything that I did from opening the door to let him into the car to when I left was rushed. I felt like I was getting kicked out when I left. 😞😂

I could not believe how efficient these people who served me. I was in and out before I had hardly sat down to drink my tea and read. I don't believe I have ever experience this type of service before and I have been using auto services for the past 40 years. The personnel were all very courteous and proficient. Thank you for a great job done so efficiently.

This review is for one individual at the reception desk only, all other staff are nice. This one individual is asian and his attitude was very bad, disrespectful although i was very polite. He also ignored the coupon for smog check. Very bad experience with this individual.

I can't say enough nice things about this place. They're fast, efficient and the staff are very nice and patient. I had my car smogged here today, with the hopes of it failing so that I can retire it (multiple mechanics can't figure out why it's overheating all the time). I told them multiple times (and probably annoyed them, I'm sure) that they needed to make sure it didn't overheat. Not only did these guys keep an eye on the temperature and make sure my car didn't blow up, but it failed smog and now I can retire it with the state program and get some money back for this clunker to put towards a new car! Thanks guys!

I came in today (Monday) at 930am and was out in 10 minutes ! I was thoroughly impressed with how swift and easy the service was. My boyfriend has come in early on a Saturday morning which is much busier but he was still out in 30 minutes. This is definitely a great place to bring your car to get smogged. They employees there have a great routine/system going that gets you in and out fast. Customer service was also great.

Terrible experience. The listed price was $61.50, but they tried to charge me $74 in a rude manner. It felt like a complete scam. I would give 0 stars if possible, especially since others charge between $45-50 for the same service.

I always get my smog done here and the service is always good and professional. They validated my smog coupons and give my discount even when I don’t have the coupon. Only thing I don’t like is the place is unclean and the sitting is not that comfortable.

Been going to this location for years and almost no issues everytime I get a car tested save for my last test when it turned out that a sniffer was not functioning properly. Note: The Smart Car in the photo doesn't use the sniffer. The electronics are more advanced than a lot of cars I have driven in the past.

Today I went to ‘Smog-N-Go’ to get a smog check. There were already 3 people ahead of me and they all didn’t pass. 3 other people came in for a retest. I for sure thought my car was going to pass but it didn’t. I suggested they change their name to ‘Smog-No-Go’! Aside from that it was very quick. 15 minutes all together so I didn’t wait long at all! They told me what I needed to do to get my car fixed for a free retest! I would recommend anyone to go to this place. Fast, friendly and quick service!

Worst interaction ever!! Don't go here it's a scam. I had a California catalytic converter installed and then they said it wasn't. I had to bring in my paperwork to prove and they still wouldnt pass!! Took it to a different company and passed instantly. They just want to take your money stay away !!!

The worst place I've ever been to smog my older vehicle. Very rude and unkind people. When I first called inquiring about checking older vehicles the guy who answered was nice and helpful. But when I got there the picture was the opposite. The guy behind the desk was very rude demanding the paperwork from DMV. Then the guy that was going to perform the smog test asked me to go to the test bay and said he could not open the hood. When I went inside the cabin of my vehicle I realized he had broken the hood release cable. I asked why he pulled it so hard and he just said he did not know. I have had my vehicle for more that 25 years and never had a problem opening the hood. I am so upset. I took my vehicle for a smog test and I got out without a test and with a broken hood. I cannot open the hood now. Then the guy pulled my vehicle out of the shop and wanted me to leave immediately even though there was not even one car waiting. There was no business. If I could give zero stars I would give this place zero stars. Absolutely no regard for customers and no responsibility for damage caused. They never even said sorry.
